Now give her family a voice:
publish her brother Fahad Javed’s open letter demanding an independent Judicial Commission.
If the IO publicly declared Faisal Asghar innocent before the trial and before the investigation has been fully and independently scrutinised,
the public deserves to know: on what authority was that conclusion presented?
An investigating officer is NOT a judge.
Guilt or innocence must be determined through due process and the courts
not media statements that risk prejudicing public confidence in an ongoing case.
Journalism must give the family a fair hearing, scrutinise the investigation and demand accountability

Hina’s brother, @Hennabymisbah Fahad Javed, has appealed to Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz for an independent Judicial Commission into her brutal murder.
The family alleges that forensic evidence linking Faisal Asghar to the crime has been ignored and the investigation has shifted blame onto the domestic servant.
Their demands are clear:
⚖️ Form an independent Judicial Commission once the truth is independently established, the rest should follow.
⚖️ Ensure all 3 persons named in the FIR are included in the challan as accused, with their alleged roles properly investigated, rather than being declared innocent in the challan without a fair examination of the evidence.

No woman should endure such brutality, and no family should have to fight a system they cannot trust while seeking justice for their daughter.
We demand the prosecution of EVERY person found criminally responsible not just those already named in the case.
Anyone who participated in the alleged torture and murder, facilitated the crime, destroyed or concealed evidence, or obstructed the investigation must be investigated and prosecuted wherever the evidence establishes criminal liability.
