One of the MOST underrated cities in Latin America 🇲🇽🇦🇷🇧🇴
📍Cochabamba, Bolivia 🇧🇴
Eternal spring weather. The food capital of Bolivia
And…
A place you can live like a KING on $1500 per month
Not bad 😉.

Unpopular opinion 🇵🇾🇨🇴🇦🇷…
If you prefer Tier 2 or tier 3 latam cities
There is NOWHERE that you should decide to base up
Besides…
📍Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia 🇧🇴
Can live like a king for $1500/m. Amazing nature close to the city.
Abundant access to modern apartments
And…
Arguably, the best restaurant/cafe scene among tier b/c cities
No brainer.
One of the BEST places to own a weekend home in Bolivia 🇧🇴
📍Samaipata 🇧🇴
3 bed 2 bath vacay house for 130k. Great wineries on your doorstep.
Amazing hikes closeby. A super vibey town
Oh...
And only around a 2.5-3 hour drive from Santa Cruz.
Thinking of
Buying myself a place here soon tbh.

GREAT lunch at one of Bolivia’s fanciest restaurants
For $6.70 USD....
I highly recommend Bernadette’s.
(Especially their daily lunch menu for less than $7 😂)
BOLIVIA IS THE CHEAPEST COUNTRY IN SOUTH AMERICA 🇧🇴
But...
Most people don't know what it ACTUALLY costs.
Here is a $2000 per month budget in Bolivia's most expensive city:
1 bed 2 bath in best area = $450 USD
Eating out 4x week = $300-$400 ($15-$25 per person at best restos)
Going out 2x week = $150-$300
Golfing 3x week = $300 USD ($25 for 18 holes)
Best gym = $36
Groceries = $150-200 (a bit more if eating out less)
Weekly maid = $50-$100
Bi-weekly haircut = $15-$20 per month
For a total of:
$1806 on the high-end
(Still leaving plenty for healthcare, internet etc)
Truly...
One of the ONLY geo-arbitrage countries left in the America's.
(and a good country at that).

Inside a
$575 apartment in
📍Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia 🇧🇴
Luxury finishes. Insanely massive building gym
And…
Located in the best area of the city.
Not a bad price
For this 1 bed + 1 bath 😂.

Arguably the MOST underrated city in Bolivia...
📍Cochabamba 🇧🇴
Let me explain exactly why:
-INCREDIBLE weekend nature getaways close to the city
-Some of the best weather in South America (eternal spring weather)
-Food capital of Bolivia
-INSANELY affordable luxury living (airbnb view pictured is $23 a night lol)
Also...
Virtually zero other gringos in the city.
(if you like that)
Truly...
Such an underrated city
(and an absolutely amazing fit for the right type of person).

Bolivia is f*cking boring.
Has to be one of the MOST UNTRUE things commonly said about the country
(coming from someone who lived in Dubai 🇦🇪 & ended up making Bolivia my home btw)
I mean seriously...
The biggest cities in Bolivia
ALL...
Have absolutely incredible nature close by. Plenty of great restaurants + cafes
More than enough people to find your "tribe" & make things exciting.
Also...
The nightlife in Bolivia is actually pretty underrated
(Bolivian's love to drink lol)
Now...
By no means can Bolivian cities be compared to Buenos Aires or Mexico City
(that would be obscene lol)
BUT...
There is WAY more than enough to do
(If you aren't looking for mega city levels of entertaiment)
And...
To say otherwise is simply untrue.
Epic days at IMI Connect in Buenos Aires 🇦🇷 with these legends!!
Two Latin America Plan B experts and one guy who can't stop talking about Bolivia 😆🇧🇴

A CRAZY thing about living in…
📍Bolivia 🇧🇴
100k per year income
Gives you:
-5 bed 3 bath house for 200k in a gated country club community (Or $1150 per month to rent it)
-Sending your kids to the best private school (2 kids = 20k per year total cost)
-Country club membership
-Private driver
-Multiple high end dinners per week with family
All while:
Still saving half of your salary. Making money on USA time zone
And…
Living in one of Latin America’s safest countries
Not a perfect country
But
Myself & my clients love it here.

And to be clear...
I'm talking about that living in the country ISN'T boring
If
You pop into Santa Cruz for a week as a tourist... you very well could be bored.
(as it's a city built for living & doesn't have a huge amount of touristic entertainment)
While...
La Paz, Sucre & others are much more geared towards tourism.
