Over the past 72 hours I have received countless messages from people asking "Where is the moon? It has disappeared!" This seems to come from another idiotic TikTok video. Seems like many folks don't know about lunar phases, which happen because the Moon orbits Earth and Earth orbits the Sun. A reminder... I would not use "TikTok" as your source of science or weather information... it can be an ocean of ignorance.
