It's utterly criminal waste. The are beyond parody. Their no-redundancy rule means 800 public-sector ghost workers sit on full pay for jobs that no longer exist, at least £27m a year of our money.
This isn’t even the first story I’ve posted today on how they waste our cash. They just don’t care.
