Rooted in the timeless Hindu civilizational ideal of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” — The World Is One Family, the gathering celebrated Hindu identity and heritage while sharing a universal message:
Friendship over division. Dialogue over distance. Mutual respect over misunderstanding. Shared responsibility for the country we all call home.
Dr. Bhagwat Ji spoke on character, social harmony, seva, cultural continuity and collective responsibility, highlighting how remaining rooted in one’s heritage can go hand in hand with contributing positively and meaningfully to Canadian society.
The gathering was honoured by the presence of The Honourable Jason Kenney, former Premier of Alberta and former federal Cabinet Minister, as Chief Guest, and Shri Kashmir Singh Dhaliwal of the Khalsa Diwan Society and the historic Ross Street Gurdwara as Guest of Honour, reflecting the longstanding bonds of friendship and shared heritage between Hindu and Sikh communities in Canada. 🤝

We therefore thank Minister of Public Safety Gary Anandasangaree, Members of Parliament, and the Government of Canada for ensuring that the decision concerning Mr. Bhagwat was made fairly, transparently, and in accordance with Canadian law.
More than 1.2 million Hindus in Canada thank you for not listening to other elements. Calls to prevent Dr. Bhagwat from entering Canada were evaluated based on clear evidence and Canadian law, not political disagreement, ideological differences, or unsubstantiated allegations.
Several Canadian civil society and community organizations sent a letter calling on Minister Anandasangaree to prevent RSS Chief Dr. Mohan Bhagwat from entering Canada for his planned visit. We strongly disagreed with this demand, and you accepted our requests.
Rejecting politically motivated attempts to silence or exclude lawful voices.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is a large volunteer organization with a long history of social, cultural, educational, and community service in India. Attempts to characterize the RSS simply as a “far-right” or “paramilitary” organization unfairly misrepresent the organization and the more than 1 billion people from 100 countries who identify with or support its work.
Canada must remain a place where lawful speech, peaceful association, and diverse viewpoints are protected.

How long must law-abiding citizens endure this madness?
Once again, Khalistani extremists have taken to our streets, staging hateful, violent, and abusive demonstrations against Canadians, even in front of sacred Hindu places of worship. These are not protests, they are acts of provocation by deranged, unlawful, and illiterate individuals spreading venom in our peaceful communities.
Are we waiting for a violent tragedy before the law finally acts? How long will these repeat offenders be allowed to spew hate and threaten public safety under the guise of “freedom of expression”?
We urge all community members to remain calm and peaceful, do not engage with these troublemakers. Instead, document their actions. Take pictures, record videos, and expose these clowns and their enablers publicly so they may be recognized, isolated, and disowned by society.
Enough is enough. It’s time to protect our community, our temples, and our shared Canadian harmony from this ongoing nuisance.
