Our state is a lost cause. The people trying to pick up after the government freely hands out drug paraphernalia with no care as to where it ends up are going after the volunteers who are cleaning up their mess and trash to keep it out of the hands of children. How ass backwards is that!😡🤬
State of Washington is investigating We Heart Seattle for picking up the needles and fentanyl foil they hand out.
For six years we’ve removed hundreds of thousands of pieces of used drug paraphernalia from Seattle parks, greenbelts, and neighborhoods, the exact litter created by government-funded distribution programs.
Now L&I is investigating us for “improperly” collecting the same needles and foil that officials freely distribute and then leave for communities to deal with. This bureaucratic overreach will drain time and resources meant for cleanups and outreach.

May, 2016. CNN does a segment entitled "A Day with ICE in a so-called Sanctuary City."
CNN literally rode around with ICE from the break of dawn until nighttime, watching while ICE conducted raids and arrested illegals. ICE arrested some right at their jobs.
CNN was not criticizing ICE. They were celebrating ICE. It was "exclusive access" during the Obama years and CNN considered it a privilege to get to watch ICE work.
ICE even made a "mistake" arrest. CNN had no problem with it.
Six months later Trump won the election and ICE was then labeled the gestapo.

UNREAL: Meet George Slivka, a self-described activist and AOC supporter who ran for California governor in the 2026 election.
Slivka has posted a string of extreme videos and statements. In videos attributed to him, he urges JD Vance to kill himself, encourages people to kill police officers during arrests, and claims TikTok staff are working with Nazis while calling for them to be beheaded. He has also called people Nazis over their positions on abolishing ICE and policing.
Slivka has also been arrested multiple times. In April 2025, he was arrested at a pro-Trump rally in Beverly Hills and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. In a separate lists Slivka in connection with a building window damaged by a BB gun.
He later launched a campaign for California governor. Official election records list George Slivka as a candidate, though he ultimately withdrew from the race.
His campaign platform included fighting plastic, beef, politicians and police, while promoting the planting of fruit trees. His campaign website describes his activism around plastic and his opposition to various institutions and practices.
Slivka has also said that AOC’s fight against data-center interests inspired him to consider running for Congress. He has floated a 2028 ticket of “Harris, Newsom v. Bernie, AOC,” arguing that Americans “cannot allow orange to hold any records.”
Unfortunately, he’s a typical Democratic voter and candidate for office. He should run… just in a padded room. The man needs serious psychiatric help.
