I recently read about a woman who died by suicide while waiting for an ADHD diagnosis. She told her GP that her ADHD symptoms were worsening, her anxiety was rising, her life was falling apart. And it ended up killing her.
Ever since, I've had zero time for ADHD 'discourse'.

adhd brain: i can do this every single day for six months, miss one day because life happened, and somehow the entire routine will cease to exist.
it’s not necessarily laziness or a lack of discipline. sometimes the routine simply doesn’t feel automatically connected to tomorrow. every new day can feel like you’re negotiating the task from scratch.
