Coaches, hear me out. Care about the players more than you care about your own program’s success or wins or reputation. Caring about and teaching the players will always take care of the rest.

When recruiting, we care very little about the HR you gave up. We watch for what comes after. Body language speaks volumes. Compartmentalize the reaction and get back to work.

No this isn’t baseball content but is more important than any sport. A young black male won’t be able to live out his dreams cuz he was exercising & was racially profiled. I won’t post the video of it because it is horrific but want to educate folks that this is still an issue.

Keep in mind...if you implement something you heard, but don't understand...the damage can be crippling. Believe in what you believe. I dont agree w/ all, but sometimes you win me because of your conviction & passion.

These are the people that steal money from parents of young players. This creates bad habits that can ruin a potential career. If this guys is so god why has no team or college have him in their payrolls. If it really worked he would be working with high level players.

Life News: I’m excited to announce that beginning April 1st, I’ll be joining @247Sports and @InsideTheU as a recruiting writer. I’m thrilled about the opportunity to work alongside @Andrew_Ivins to bring Canes fans the best recruiting news on the market. Time to get to work!

Day 67: @BarstoolBigCat this is my current camera role. Took me 8 hours to gather these videos and another hour to put em all together to produce the masterpiece below. 32 videos, 36 faces, 2 dogs, and a giant flamingo.
Day 66: @BarstoolBigCat I do not encourage anyone to reach out and touch hands at the moment... But you can reach out during this weird time in many other ways. Here’s our way! Enjoy 🍻

As more tests become available, numbers will go up. This doesn't mean there are more cases, just means there are more tests. Dont get sucked into more panic.

Every college baseball player in America just got their first spring break since middle school. I’m not sure that’s not more dangerous for our country than the coronavirus is.

Leaders get paid more money because what they lead rises and falls with their decisions. If you are a leader you have to explore options and make the best decision based on all information. If you make a bad decision, without regard to long-term impact, expect bad results.

Ill be dammed if my career is ended by a dude in a suit in tie. It better end in a roll over to the second baseman on a change up like it’s supposed to
The @IvyLeague announced that the spring season will be cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. It is not fair to those student-athletes to lose a year of eligibility. Please sign our petition to encourage the NCAA to give them an extra year! chng.it/J4VN5Cmz

I do it because I know it matters, because I love it, to give back, to pay it forward. Never thought for 1 second it would be easy & it’s gotten harder. Playing baseball is very hard...but coaching is another animal. Hats off to the men & women who selflessly give to help others.
