How long you can do boring… Will determine how far your numbers go.
There’s nothing fancy about good Sprint, Jump, and Strength Training. It’s all the same boring stuff done well over and over again.

People see the fun activities.
What they don’t always see is all the development happening underneath.
Reaction.
Coordination.
Balance.
Body control.
Spatial awareness.
Decision-making.
Speed.
Agility.
Confidence.
The kids just think they’re playing.
And that’s the point.
