Your community already has the characters, the lore and a few rivalries. Imagine putting all that into a game.
Race your mascots. Fight your friends. Give the group chat something else to argue about.
That’s where we’re taking Imagine Pro and the $IMAGINE ecosystem. We’ve already shipped community games. Now we’re aiming higher.
Want something like this for yours? Comment your community + the game you’d actually play.
We’re open to building it with you👇
This new update restricting Pump callouts happens to be profititable. There’s still alot of stuff to figure out but it’s going in the right direction. @PumpfunEco @Pumpfun

We’ve been building Imagine around a pretty simple idea:
If the games generate value, a big chunk of that value should flow back into the ecosystem.
So far we’ve already bought back 13%+ of $IMAGINE supply from the market, and with our recent community games we’re also buying back the individual game tokens instead of treating them like one-off launches.
At the same time, we’ve been paying out real player rewards through competitions.
The loop is simple:
game activity → revenue/creator fees → player rewards + game-token buybacks + $IMAGINE buybacks
Still early, still refining it, but this is the direction we want to keep pushing :)
It’s funny. The question I get asked most about tokens launching on Loadout is, “What’s the utility?”
I get why people ask. HYPE and PUMP have raised expectations for what a token should return when a product makes money. I think that’s a good thing.
But crypto gaming didn’t grow up with that standard. When Aaron and I designed Illuvium, we were the first gaming project to build revenue distributions into the tokenomics.
Illuvium has since spent roughly $8.3m buying ILV for distributions. Years later, the number of gaming projects that have actually distributed revenue or bought back their tokens is still tiny.
That’s why we encourage studios launching on Loadout to think about how their game’s success can feed back into its token. The upcoming games are building revenue-funded buybacks in from the start.

The Audit Of The Memecoin Casino
Since late August we have recorded every trade on every pump fun and Stonk launch on Solana. Not a sample. All of it: 384 million swaps from 7.7 million wallets across more than a million pools, every bonding curve and every pool that follows it. That is over 56 GB of data and 820 million rows of market history, and it grows by 18 to 25 million trades, up to a million wallets and more than 60,000 new launches every day.
We measured each coin minute by minute. We scored every entry by what the coin did next. We trained neural nets on the result, then went wallet by wallet looking for the people who actually win.
The question was simple: can anyone see the big move coming before it happens?
The short answer is no. The long answer is worse than no, because the data does not just fail to find an edge for you. It shows, in detail, who holds the edge, how they use it, and what they do with you.
Start with a coin that has actually caught a bid: real volume, real buyers, the kind of thing that shows up on your screener. From any given moment, about one in ten of those doubles within the next 24 hours. The rest bleed, and the bleeding is not gentle.
Now take a wallet's first buy into a live coin. Every first buy, 22.8 million of them over a two-week window. In 17% of those entries the coin doubles before it drops 40%. Trade that mechanically, double or stop, and you lose about 19% per attempt after costs.
Call that the house hold. A slot machine keeps 5 to 10%. This keeps 19%, per pull, before any skill or selection is applied.
The reason is the shape of the payoff. A 2× pays you 100%. The failures do not cost you 10%; they cost you 50%, 80%, 95%. To break even you have to be right far more often than the game allows.
The cabal is real, and we can see it
CT calls it the cabal. The data calls it a cluster: a set of wallets whose first buys land within a minute of each other, on the same brand-new coins, over and over. We do not find them by name or PFP. They fall out of the trade stream all on their own.
They are there. Swarms of 450, 1,400 and 2,000 wallets that hit hundreds of launches a week, moving in within the first minute or two of a coin's life. Smaller, tighter groups of 7 to 50 wallets that pick their spots. Across daily refreshes the count has run from 9 groups to 33, with members rotating in and out as wallets burn and fresh ones take their place.
They are not guessing. The coins the big swarms pile into double 28 to 46% of the time, three to four times the base rate. Their own entries, across every coin they touch, run 50 to 60% to a 2× before a 40% drop, against 17% for everyone else.
That is what an edge looks like in this market. It belongs to a few hundred wallets, and it is applied to tens of thousands of launches with industrial regularity.
Copying them loses too
The obvious retort: find the cabal, copy the cabal. We did exactly that. A machine watches every launch every minute and flags the moment a known group piles in. Then we traded every flag the way a fast human could: in two minutes behind the group, double or stop out at −40%, out after a day.
Following the big swarms lost 41% per coin across 93 coins. The median result was −95%. Not because they were wrong; their coins doubled 28% of the time. Two minutes behind them is simply already the top of the move. They bought at launch. You bought the candle they are selling into.
Following only the groups with a positive track record still lost 11% per coin. Following one good wallet on its own lost 20% per trade in our back-tests. The single pocket that came out ahead, a handful of small, tight groups, made about 10% per coin over 16 coins. That is a few days of trades and nothing anyone should bet a bankroll on.
The cabal's edge is not information you can borrow. It is position. By the time their trade is visible on-chain, the thing that made it profitable is gone.
The best model we could build still loses
We also tried the honest version: no cabal, just prediction. Dozens of signals per coin every minute, price, flow, liquidity, holder behaviour, bot share, fed into neural nets trained on our own history and tested on days they had never seen.
It works, in the sense a quant would recognize. The top of its ranking doubles 26% of the time against a 10% base rate. Two and a half times better than chance.
It also loses money every single day. 771 picks over eight days; every day negative; −11% per pick on the same double-or-stop rule; the median pick down 45%; 55% stopped out within 24 hours.
The ranking is real and the P&L is still red. The losers are deeper than the winners are tall, and nothing observable at the five-minute mark separates the coin that keeps going from the one that reverses. That is the part worth meditating on: a model 2.5× better than chance odds is still a losing model.
Why nobody sees it coming
The reason is simple, and it should change how you look at every chart. A meme coin moves because a few people decide to move it: the operator holding the supply, the caller with an audience, the wallet group with the bankroll. That decision is made off-chain. The chain only shows you its execution, the swaps, the volume, the new holders, and by then the first leg is done.
Everything a trader looks at, from a screener to a chart to a wallet tracker, is a photograph of a decision that has already been made. The data is enormous and almost all of it is the crowd reacting. The informative part, a few hundred wallets' intent, is visible only at the instant it executes, and the people executing it are the ones selling to you a few minutes later.
Add 60,000 launches a day, and the future 100× at minute one is indistinguishable from the 59,999 that die. The casino does not need to hide the cards because it deals them faster than anyone can read and analyze them.
Conclusion
After spending thousands of dollars in API credits, VPS costs, Claude credits, etc the goal was simple: find alpha - if it exists - in order to be able to monetize it.
Instead, all we were able to prove is what we all have suspected all along - the meme coin casino is almost entirely cabal driven.

Pushed a bunch of updates to make NEETopia more enjoyable and we’re still improving the game over the next few days to bring in more players, more activity and more buyers into the ecosystem.
Also seeing a lot of crybabies in the replies screaming “rug” and making up random shit because they can’t read onchain activity and apparently can’t wait longer than 12 hours for anything.
The buybacks are public. The wallets are public. The money going back into the ecosystem is public. All of it is verifiable onchain.
If you want to criticize the game, fair. If you found a bug, send it. If you have an actual point, make it.
But calling everything a rug because you’re impatient or down on your entry is lazy.
We’re still here, still building, still shipping updates, and the next few days are focused on making the game better and getting more people into it.
And there’s already $2K+ sitting in the prize pool for the top 10 players on the leaderboard, so there’s still plenty worth competing for.

Quick numbers check because we’ve been moving fast:
Across the last competition, we pushed roughly $18k back into players + the trenches through rewards and buybacks.
With NEETopia, we’ve already bought back close to 10% of the total $NEETOPIA supply, while also buying $6k+ worth of $NEET in a few hours.
Creator rewards are still feeding buybacks + the leaderboard prize pool.
And $NEETOPIA already has actual in-game utility:
> buy skins
> buy/upgrade houses
> pay for billboard ads
> use it inside the casino (👀)
> hold $50+ worth to qualify for ranked rewards
The point is to keep the token tied to things people actually do inside the game, not just speculation.
play → spend → compete → creator rewards → buybacks + player rewards
We’re trying to keep as much value as possible circulating back through the ecosystem!

The new update made the game feel a lot smoother! Didn't have time to test out progression wise but movement speed got upped and the "Fry joint" working became faster too! Awesome update and team keeps shipping! If you tested it out earlier, go try it out again! Can recommend!
Replying to @imaginegamelabs
Big NEETopia updates rolling out soon.
We’ve been watching how people actually play, where they get stuck, what they abuse and what they keep coming back for.
Today we’re shipping a bigger batch of changes across the game. More depth, better balance, more reasons to stay in the world!
The amount of disbelief and fud the team received for not instantly sending out the rewards was unreal. They already paid the first day rewards (I think it was 2k$ total). There's also the main coin sitting at 400k, there would be no reason to skim. It's a decent team!
BATON Factory competition is officially over.
The final leaderboard is locked, wallets are confirmed, and winners are finalized.
Over the last 7 days, we saw players grinding for hours, developing strategies, competing for leaderboard positions, sharing guides, and helping us improve the game through constant feedback.
That’s what mattered most. People didn’t just try the game once. They kept coming back.
Now, regarding the prize pool and payouts.
After the Day 1 winners were paid, $6,000 remained in the BATON reward allocation. However, the prize allocation was held in BATON rather than stablecoins, and the token’s subsequent decline reduced its value by $2,500.
This wasn’t a reduction in the amount of BATON allocated, but a decline in its USD value due to market conditions.
Of the remaining $3,500, $2,000 will go to the final leaderboard winners, while $1,500 will be retained in the team treasury to support future competitions and operations.
Our $FACTORY buybacks are also currently down approximately $5,500 in market value.
Everything remains publicly verifiable onchain.
Despite the criticism, BATON Factory has been free to play since day one, rewards have been paid, buybacks executed, and our financial activity has remained transparent.
BATON Factory will remain playable, and we’ve already learned a lot from this first competition, especially when it comes to managing reward allocations during volatile markets.
Huge thanks to everyone who competed, shared strategies, provided feedback, and made our first full Imagine Earn competition possible.

Quick note for the final BATON Factory payouts:
A few players currently sitting inside the top 10 still don’t have a wallet connected to their factory.
We’re giving everyone a short final window to fix that before payouts are processed.
If you’re in the top 10, please connect the wallet you want to receive rewards to now.
You only need to connect your wallet. Do not sign any transaction and do not send funds anywhere.
Once that window closes, we’ll finalize the payout list and send rewards automatically.
BATON Factory is temporarily offline while we push updates + prepare the other game.
All leaderboard data is fully saved, nothing has been lost and there’s no reason to panic!
Today is the final day of the competition, and there will still be time to play and climb once everything is back online.
We’ll post again as soon as the update is live.

BATON Factory is going onchain.
We built the game for the BATON community. Now we’re giving the game its own economy.
Introducing $FACTORY, launching on Pump.fun and paired with SOL.
Creator fees will be used like this:
50% → buy BATON and reward the best BATON Factory players
25% → buy back $IMAGINE
25% → buy back $FACTORY
First player rewards will be distributed after the opening competition ends in ~1 week.
Play the game. Build your office. Hire meme characters. Climb the leaderboard.
This is the experiment we’ve wanted to run for a while:
turn community IP into a playable world, then let activity around the game flow back into the communities building it.
