I instantly thought of my mom! So glad she gave me this gift of helping others - even when we think we don’t have it ourselves, there is someone worse off. Miss her everyday! ❤️ 💕 🤝

🙋🏻‍♂️Yes!! I walk these shoes and echo these words! It should not stop here though - district leaders need to be sensitive the “WHOLE principal”!

Principals want teachers to be sensitive to the “WHOLE child.” Well principals need to be sensitive to the “WHOLE teacher.” Maslow’s theory was not just about kids; it applied to ALL humans.

First #gardenclub meeting of the year was a success! Over 50 3rd-5th grade students got their hands dirty and prepared the beds for some late fall planting. Shoutout to @sandra_bays and the other amazing teachers and my #EnviroEd students for their hard work! #ElonEd

Leadership is not just about what you do, but what you can inspire, encourage, and empower others to do. Leaders bring out the best in other people by sharing the best from within themselves.
