Smurfed donor transactions totaling $2,054,634 from 581 unique Smurfing donors. That these transactions encompass 27.2% of the 3,536 available committee transactions and also being 24.6% of the $8,355,160 full committee transaction valuation Political Committee C00696526, MARK KELLY FOR SENATE has accepted 790,641. Smurfed donor transactions totaling $39,246,003 from 46,697 unique Smurfing donors. That these transactions encompass 68.3% of the 1,157,117 available committee transactions and also being 36.6% of the $107,149,771 full committee transaction valuation. I would add, and I want you to refine/supplement these question: 1) What was the precise nature of the issue in the Runbeck Novus ballot duplication software, including any error messages, failure modes, and whether it involved a code defect, configuration problem, or data/filename limitation? 2) How, when, and under what circumstances was the issue identified (including any system logs, error reports, or testing that revealed it)? 3) Who first identified the issue (specific individuals or roles at Maricopa County Elections, Runbeck, or others), and who authorized the after-hours work on October 7? 4) For which elections (specific dates, types, and jurisdictions) was this configuration or filename condition present in the Novus system prior to the correction? 5) What specific files, election definitions, or data elements were modified or renamed (including before-and-after names, paths, and contents)? 6) What configuration settings, parameters, or input constraints in the Novus software were involved or altered? 7) What functional, regression, and end-to-end tests were performed after the change to confirm correct image retrieval, ballot style matching, duplicate ID assignment, and audit trail integrity? Provide results and any residual limitations. 8) What security review or assessment was conducted to evaluate whether the filename handling, USB data transfer process, or offline terminal configuration introduced or expanded any attack surfaces (e.g., path traversal, injection, or unauthorized data loading)? 9) Who performed the security evaluation (names, roles, organizations), and what was its scope, methodology, and outcome? 10) Provide complete chain-of-custody records for any USB drives or external media used to load election files, including serial numbers, imaging hashes, who handled them, storage locations (including any off-site movement), and access logs. 11) What are the exact software version, build number, and certification status of the Novus system in use, and did the filename change require re-certification or Logic & Accuracy testing under Arizona or federal standards? 12) How many ballots (if any) had already been processed through the duplication system with the problematic filename, and what verification was done to confirm their integrity? 13) What access controls, port blockers, key management, video surveillance, and dual-person rules govern the duplication terminals and USB usage, and were they followed on October 7? 14) What logs (system, application, and physical access) exist for the October 7 activity, and will they be released? Ramirez was on the same adjudication server all day inserting flash drives - not to update one computer - everything is connected 3. Multiple people were inserting flash drives in that computer all day - alone in the room! 4. The keys to everything in the tabulation building are to be locked & a log maintained. That drawer was not locked and MULTIPLE people were seen access the keys throughout the day. 5. The port blockers were not properly locked as required after L&A 6. Any changes made to the system must go through the SOS who must sign off that the change was necessary, exactly what was done, & that it was certified. In 2022 when changes were identified, this paperwork was not provided. 7. @azjustinheap & staff have NO access to this room. 8. The “live feeds” the BOS provides times out every 26 seconds - you can only view 4 at a time & they time out - so much for transparency. In Lakes trial the BOS learned that WTP were recording those feeds. If you recall, I pointed out before that when Richer was still around they moved cameras so you cannot see what anyone was doing on the computer (adjudication & signature verification) Not in this clip: the county attorney contacted Shelby & wanted to know her source.
