Since the government doesn’t care about us at all and allows these animals to keep terrorising us, it is high time we protected ourselves. When you look at this closely, we too, as a community, are enablers of some of our own plights.
We cannot keep being cowards. How can a few people terrorise an entire community? What happened to what we were doing before? Where are our vigilante groups? The Civilian JTFs?
Wallahi if we start giving back the energy, they wouldn’t continue entering our communities like it’s a walk in the park.
We really need to start protecting ourselves and fight these people back. Our Masu Anguwa and Hakimai need to stand up and start preaching the gospel. This cannot keep happening. These people cannot keep holding us to ransom.
Would you rather protect yourself, or stand back, be humiliated, probably killed, raped and flogged, or pay a 30 million naira ransom that you probably don’t have?
It’s really high time we get solutions for ourselves!

WHY NORTHERNERS KEPT QUIET UNDER BUHARI — REPLY TO SEN. SHEHU SANI
_By Umar Sanda Babuga
1. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari wasn't tribalistic. His two super Ministers (Fashola - Works and Amaechi - Transport) were both Southerners.
2. Northerners kept quiet because while Buhari was rehabilitating Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Expressway, he had completed Ilorin-Bode Saadu-Jebba highway and was undertaking Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
3. Northerners kept quiet because while Buhari completed ABUJA-Kaduna rail line, he started and completed Lagos-Abeokuta/Ibadan standard gauge railway.
4. While Buhari maintained subsidy making life easier for Nigerians, Tinubu removed it and things have never been the same. That is why northerners kept quiet.
5. Northerners kept quiet because there was school feeding across Nigeria which brought over 5 million out-of-school children (mostly in the North) back to school.
6. Northerners kept quiet because all 36 States had 1 minister each, with only 6 states having 2 (one from each zone), unlike PBAT that gave Ogun state alone 4 Ministers including Finance Minister and CBN Governor.
7. *ON SECURITY & SOPHISTICATED WEAPONS:* Northerners kept quiet because Buhari invested over $1 Billion in weapons to fight insecurity. For the first time since 1999, the Armed Forces were fully re-equipped.
- *Air Force:* 38 brand new aircraft — 12 A-29 Super Tucano Jets from USA, 3 JF-17 Thunder Jets, 5 Mi-35M attack Helicopters, 4 Agusta 109, 2 Bell 412, 2 Mi-171E, 10 Super Mushshak. Plus he ordered 12 AH-1Z Viper — world's deadliest attack helicopter — and 24 M-346 attack jets. He also raised aircraft serviceability from 35% to 70%.
- *Army:* VT-4 Main Battle Tanks, ST1 Light Tanks, SH-5 Self-propelled Howitzers, and hundreds of Armoured Vehicles.
- *Navy:* Over 400 new platforms — 200 Riverine Patrol Boats, 114 Rigid Inflatable Boats, 4 Capital Ships, and Surveillance Drones.
Because of this, Boko Haram deaths dropped by 92% (from 2,131 in 2015 to 178 in 2021) and Nigeria recorded lowest piracy in 27 years.
8. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari ensured we eat what we produce. That policy created hundreds of rice mills, farmers were happy, our GDP improved since agriculture contributes nearly 40% of GDP, unlike PBAT who gave 150-day duty-free waiver to import food.
9. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari's appointments were across the 6 geopolitical zones, unlike PBAT who takes almost everything to South West.
10. Northerners kept quiet under Buhari because there was NPower, Conditional Cash Transfer, TraderMoni, MarketMoni, FarmerMoni. But PBAT increased school fees from N50,000 to N150,000, gives you loan and expects repayment.
11. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari gave the judiciary and opposition a free hand to operate, that cannot be said under this government.
12. Northerners kept quiet because the economic team was under South West under Buhari (Osinbajo, Kemi Adeosun, Babatunde Fowler etc). Now everything is concentrated in South West.
13. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari completed Second Niger Bridge after 50 years of failed promises — a project in South East, not North.
14. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari recovered 20 Local Governments from Boko Haram. In 2015 Boko Haram controlled 20 LGs and hoisted flags. By 2017, no inch of Nigeria was under them.
15. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari built 14 new Federal Universities and completed 5 International Airport Terminals — Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu — not one zone.
16. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari signed Petroleum Industry Act after 20 years of failure, and started 614km AKK Gas Pipeline to revive Northern industries.
17. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari exited Nigeria from recession TWICE (2017 & 2021) and gave bailout to all 36 States to pay salaries without minding APC or PDP.
18. Northerners kept quiet because Buhari gave LG Autonomy and signed Not-Too-Young-To-Run Bill.

InshaAllah kujeran senator a Kaduna sai dai ka ga ana yi.
The viral video of a ‘bandit’ pointing a gun at a kidnapped Kaduna mother, father and a small baby is tragic, unfortunate and condemnable.Years ago,we had such tragic experiences with the kidnappings of hundreds of students of Greenfield university,Federal forestry school and Bethel Baptist High School in Kaduna. The curious thing about this short video is the Bandit hiding and demanding N300million from a poor family of three and posting it on social media. The exploitation of Kidnapping and the weaponisation of banditry for political ends through footages like that are likely to be more frequent these days.Bandits criminality is now factored as a political strategy. The aim is to trigger outrage, evoke sympathy to attract political support. Its easier to defeat banditry than overcome politically induced banditry.
While calling on the security agencies to step up efforts to secure the release of the hostages,it’s a fact on the ground that security in the state is far better than it used to be through the efforts of the state Government.

I am deeply concerned by the recurring kidnappings in Millennium City, particularly around Dan Bushiya. These incidents are unacceptable and demand urgent, decisive action. No resident should live in fear of being abducted in their own home or community. We cannot allow kidnapping to become normalised in Kaduna, especially in the heart of our metropolis.
I call on the Kaduna State Government, the Nigeria Police Force and all relevant security agencies to intensify operations, strengthen intelligence gathering and ensure the immediate rescue of those abducted. The latest being the family of Ahmad Zakka, including himself, his wife and their infant daughter. Shame. There must also be sustained measures to prevent further attacks and bring the perpetrators to justice.
The situation requires urgent attention, not only to secure Dan Bushiya and Millennium City but also to protect neighbouring communities, including Malali and Unguwan Rimi, from further threats. Our people deserve more than expressions of concern; they deserve tangible results.
The security of our people is non-negotiable. We must not surrender our communities to criminals or allow families to live at the mercy of kidnappers. May Allah protect our people and grant the safe return of all those in captivity.
Signed

Kaduna PR guys choose to remain silent with the issue of people being kidnapped, including babies just a few months old.
At what point do we put humanity above political loyalty and personal interests? Are we going to keep pretending everything is fine while innocent people live in fear? People are now forced to leave their homes because they are not safe. Haba!!!

PEOPLE WHO TREAT THEIR BIRTHDAY LIKE AN ORDINARY DAY OFTEN HAVE THESE 8 TRAITS:
1. They’re used to handling everything on their own.
I flew @SaudiAirlinesEn Jeddah to Kano today and honestly, this has been such a stressful experience. The flight was delayed for about 2 hours, which made me 1) miss my flight from Kano to Abuja.
2) there was an open vent beside my seat. My phone slipped from my hand and fell inside the vent.
The cabin crew tried to help me get it out, but they couldn't reach it. They called a mechanic who did not listen to my explanation and repeatedly told me to leave the aircraft.
I have now arrived in Abuja , and Find My iPhone is still showing that my phone is at the airport/aircraft location.
@KSAembassyNG @SaudiAirlinesEn please help.
I can provide my booking reference, flight number, seat number, phone details and screenshots showing its current location. I need this resolved urgently, please.
How do you expect citizens earning less than $1 a day to survive in a country where a litre of fuel costs about $1? When the cost of survival supersedes a day’s income, this isn’t economic reform it’s economic punishment. Allah ya kyauta!

Such news did not start surfacing today, but every eid thesame man buys a thousand rams and shares to his* people and all is well in Zamfara and the deen of islam.
