MP में लगभग 22, 17, 51 प्रतिशत क्रमश: ST, SC, and OBCs की जनसंख्या है।
वहीं HC में 38 जजों में से 36 UCs हैं, इसके बावजूद अभी दो मीटिंग में कॉलेजियम ने 12 लोगों की अनुशंसा की, उनमें से 10 UC हैं।
कॉलेजियम ने मप्र HC को सही मायने में ब्रह्मपालिका बना दिया है।

The real Sanghis hatred of Dalits stems from caste prejudice.
Your hatred stems from the fact that Dalits refuse to submit to your politics or accept your authority over what liberation should look like.
One hates Dalits because of the Manusmriti.
The other hates Dalits for refusing to know their place in a politics that pays lip service to annihilating caste while continuing to uphold the very social order the Manusmriti represents.
In some ways, I find the second one insanely scary to observe like your rant below.

Tensions between Delhi Police personnel and lawyers have escalated, with police officers reportedly protesting amid an ongoing dispute over the alleged assault of advocate Lalit Bansal inside a police station. Lawyers had gone on strike demanding the transfer of ACP Manasvi Vashisht, accusing him of failing to register an FIR over the alleged assault that left Bansal with a head injury. The advocate also accused the ACP of issuing threats and corruption. Vashisht and other police personnel have reportedly accused lawyers of “gundagardi”, while DCP Sachin Sharma is attempting to pacify the agitated officers.

आरक्षण कानून की सेटल्ड पोजीशन है कि किसी भी आरक्षित वर्ग का कटऑफ GC (ओपन केटेगरी) से ज्यादा नहीं हो सकता।
इसके बावजूद हर दूसरी भर्ती में संस्थाओं के अधिकारी ये गैरकानूनी हरकत करके SC, ST and OBCs हक़ खाते हैं।
