You know — many people, including me, had sort of written off New Hampshire as a state where Kamala Harris could potentially do well.
That has been flipped on its head entirely after today.
I say this and mean it genuinely: I have not seen a candidate with this much raw, innate appeal when they campaign since Obama. I have not seen her be quite this natural when she’s campaigning, ever.
She is on a whole new level lately, and I think many are underestimating her strength, even in a state like NH.
Getting comfortable in New Hampshire: @KamalaHarris pours a round at Feathered Friend Brewing in Concord while campaigning with @ChrisPappasNH #FITN #NHPolitics #WMUR

VP @KamalaHarris: For the last year and a half, we have been pissed. We've been depressed, angry, frustrated, feeling alone, hopeless, powerless. That phase where we felt hopeless and powerless is over. The Founders imagined a moment where there would be a tyrant in office, and they created 3 branches of government where there would be checks and balances.

You’re a dummy bitch, they didn’t have 60 votes because Kennedy died early in Obama’s tenure and a republican took the seat. There was never a true super majority

No nigga that’s you and the Republican Party that don’t respect black men and their families. We’re literally about to have the first black man to ever be elevated to Speaker of The House.

Girl that’s one democrat and that was one vote years ago when student loans weren’t in a position to ruin lives. It’s not the same now, democrats have been working to solve this crisis. And Jeffries will put up a vote to halt garnishments

If I can put aside my morals to vote for Darializa, any leftist can put aside their morals and vote democrat this November.
No excuses.
Run Kamala Run! Anyone and everyone should run. And if you don’t like her vote for the person you do.
This video has generated a lot of ~discourse~ but I really, really encourage people to watch the actual QUESTION from a student in Chicago that generated @ElissaSlotkin’s answer.
It is very earnest and reflects something very real among actual Democrats.

Don’t listen to that racist idiot. Kamala can and should run if she wants. It’s a primary and she’s identified herself as an op and she should be treated as such. F this loser. Run Kamala Run

These people are scared of a black woman they know can win an election, she almost did it in 2024. She’s also a new face that transcends the political divide and these idiots want to keep the anger alive with no solutions.
She lost because white and nonblack Democrats were stupid enough to push Biden aside.
You never give up incumbent advantage.
I’ll never understand how anyone thinks this hotep is anything beyond an idiotic 🦝
Should Kamala Harris have spoken out on Gaza? “I think how she lost actually mattered,” says Ta-Nehisi Coates.

I feel like getting into trouble today. Purity testing is going to be the death of the Democratic Party. And frankly, single-issue voting is a terrible way to approach politics. You can hold politicians accountable without demanding 100% ideological alignment. If disagreement on one issue makes someone your enemy, coalition-building becomes impossible.
