Who’s ready for the era of abundance?
You mean to tell me we were living in peak Tesla in 2025?

We need to figure out a way to change his mind in the next 8 months
Replying to @Scobleizer
We are still building Cybertruck for another 8 or 9 months btw, but then Tesla needs to focus on scaling Cybercab.
There will never be another vehicle like it.

what if..
I shit you not
You didn't cancel Cybertruck?
What if........
you built another building on the expansive open acreage in Austin.

Tesla no longer making cars is going to suck big time. Gas cars are freaking terrible.

This whole “we need to focus on Cybercab” thing might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
Seriously, have we forgotten how the automotive industry works?
Look at Tesla’s competition:
Ford: Sold 4.4 MILLION vehicles globally in 2025, across multiple vehicle segments and markets, including North America, Europe, China, and Australia.
General Motors: Offers roughly 36 different models across Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. Sold approximately 6.2 MILLION vehicles globally in 2025.
GM alone offers everything from affordable crossovers to full-size pickups, luxury SUVs, performance cars, commercial vehicles, and EVs.
These companies aren’t putting all their eggs in one basket. They’re competing across different price points, vehicle categories, and markets simultaneously.
Yet somehow, we’re supposed to believe Tesla can’t develop a Cybercab AND continue expanding its consumer vehicle lineup?
Why can’t Tesla build an affordable compact EV? A larger family SUV? A commercial van? A next-generation Roadster? AND a Cybercab?
Cybercab should be an addition to Tesla’s future, not a replacement for everything else.
The idea that a company with Tesla’s resources and ambitions needs to focus almost exclusively on one vehicle is ridiculous.
Tesla should be expanding into MORE markets, MORE segments, and MORE price points. Not limiting itself to fewer opportunities.

January 28: Elon said the Cybertruck line would go fully autonomous.
This week: it’s being wound down for Cybercab.
What changed? The Cybertruck line is Tesla’s most autonomy-ready platform. My full analysis below. Tell me my blind spots.

Model S & X were cancelled after being production mogged by Model 3
Cybertruck was cancelled to make room for Cybercab
Cybercab will be cancelled to make room for Optimus giving people piggy back rides
Optimus will be cancelled as we move into a virtual reality that effectively simulates everything you could ever want
AirBnB owns no homes.
Uber owns no cars.
Tesla will have no products.
Welcome to the new economy.

No they love scarcity, it's what creates the zero-sum conditions necessary for them to weaponize envy and grab power through emotional manipulation rather than competence
Of course they hate abundance – at Port St John, FL

Tesla, the largest and most successful EV manufacturer in the world, the company who moved an entire market and inspired millions of owners, has reduced the number of consumer models they sell by 60% in less than two years.
This is just sad.
Hope they make another truck or SUV because otherwise they are very likely excluded from any potential short list I would have put them on.

Who knows, but we can make noise. Sign the petition.
Keep the Cybertruck. Build an SUV on its platform, and remove the steering wheel and pedals if it needs to be a Cybercab.

Don’t buy a Cybertruck they said. It’s for nazis, they said.
So people who could afford an electric truck didn’t buy one and as sales stagnated, the product was discontinued.
Now people will be driving big gas powered pickups and SUVs instead, with gas north of $6 a gallon here in California.
The air will be more polluted, the roads will be less safe, and people will be more broke.
Congrats to the left. You win.
