We watched the full hearing.
The GenZ age remark was a casual one and such exchange between bar and bench is quite normal in many cases.
The judge questioned the counsel on merits of the matter and gave him time to seek instructions. Then he suddenly withdrew the plea.
According to us, he should have answered the questions instead of withdrawing.
Why is there an insistence that the judgments you produce to the court be SCC copies only?
And why is there a general disregard to Indian Kanoon
imo, court website copies should work and should ideally be prioritised and Indian Kanoon is easily accesible and user friendly.

I heard from one of my seniors that once Ram Jethlamalani was arguing in the Karnataka HC and AK Subbaiah was the opposing counsel.
Mr Jethmalani would purposefully mispronouncer Subbaiah 's name and it would rile him up and he would lose his flow of argument.
