It’s been busy. Breakdowns and solutions to be found for 2 bakeries. Lenze Gearbox needed a new worm wheel in Scarborough and shaft snapped in large dough roller in Manchester Bakery.
Last job delivered back to site at 5:30am Bank Holiday Monday.

Positive changes at ITEC with a new sales office and trade counter. These will enable us to give an even higher level of service to our customers in 2021.

Just finishing a very productive 14 hour Saturday at work. Old trade counter dismantled, new sales office plastered and new isolators fitted ready for moving machines.
All in readiness for a new start in January.
Another breakdown sorted for a local customer. OEM quoting 2-3 days so we had to come up with a solution.
Old sprocket bored to suit new heavier duty bearings and new flanged shaft made.

Some of today’s jobs in progress. Large dough mixer unit repair, pulley manufacture and stainless roller assemblies. All in a days work for our engineers. Once again highlighting the variety of work ITEC can undertake. No job too big or too small.
8:15am on a Saturday and already 2.1/2 hours work done on-site fitting tray stops in bakery ovens. This can only mean one thing @McDonaldsUK breakfast is the next stop on the way into the office
