🏆 Huge congratulations to two Thirsk and Malton constituents and their brilliant businesses - Chris from @CKdistillery and @chrissands100 from @1totallylocally - who both won @OctopusVentures Springboard Entrepreneurs Award.
🤝 I was pleased to nominate both these organisations who were selected from hundreds of entries. Chris and Chris both received a full day of strategic business advice and support on how to scale up, with Octopus Founder, @ChrisHulatt1 and his team, @JD_Just.
🐙 I've worked with Octopus both as a minister and as an MP and support their amazing work in helping small businesses grow. I wasn't able to make it down to London for this as I am campaigning hard in Thirsk and Malton, but ensured a member of my team was there to represent me.
