No app. No 30% cut. Just a chat on the pizzeria's own site.
Built this for one shop. Now I want to build it for every street.
Which local business should I do next?

I found a $2.6 million plumbing company whose phone number doesn't show up until screen TWENTY-FOUR of the landing page they're sending ads to
there are millions of these out there, here's how you win them:
1) showing up and adding value
2) having a low risk offer
3) fixing the leaks in their marketing that help them book more jobs using the ai tools you use everyday
its never been easier to create an offer, reach prospects, and deliver repeatable results

I landed my first local business clients with no network, no ads and no cold emails.

holy sh*t, Google Research just open-sourced an agent that can improve its own harness
steal this blueprint for a self-improving agent
the prompts, memory, skills and tool guidance around your model can evolve as it works
it’s called Harness²
the loop:
→ propose changes to the agent’s setup
→ run candidate setups on the same task
→ compare what actually happened
→ compose a refined harness from that evidence
→ carry useful lessons into future tasks
the clever part:
it refines the harness on unfamiliar tasks without a ground-truth answer to guide those edits
the architecture:
propose → probe → compose → retain lessons → repeat
the part builders should steal:
treat your agent’s setup as something you can experiment on
pick a recurring failure
propose a specific harness change
compare execution traces on the same task
evaluate the result
keep the evidence with the change
the repo includes OpenCode and Codex executors, parallel and sequential refinement, and a local demo you can run without model credentials
save this, then read the full guide for Opus 5.5 Harness Engineering ↓

I build software for small businesses — pizzerias, cafés, and now Shopify stores.
Want to meet more people in that world.
If you run a shop, build Shopify apps, or freelance for merchants, reply with what you're working on. I'll check out every one.🚀

Small businesses keep every street alive, and they get the worst software.
In May I’d never written code. Now I build their websites, ordering systems and apps, with my dad and AI.

This is the most slept on arbitrage I’ve seen in years and it’s not even close.
Here’s how i’d build a 1 person business powered by AI/Muse with with $0 and 0 social following

AI made it possible for one person to build what used to take a team.
I'm using it to help small businesses compete.
Builders & founders: let's connect and grow together. 🚀

5 months ago I couldn't code.
Now I've shipped a barista training platform, ordering systems for pizzerias, and sites for cafés and bars.
If you're building something, or run a small business that needs it built, let's connect. 👋

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.
