“South Africa’s largest trade union federation has urged the government to urgently engage the US to prevent the country’s removal from the African Growth and Opportunity Act #AGOA, warning that up to 10,000 jobs are at risk,” CGTN Africa reports. Must be the same trade union federation that has supported the ANC’s disastrous policies for decades.

We raised funds throughout this campaign to electrify communities, deliver water and restore dignity to residents. Throughout this campaign, we showed up. Now we are asking you to do the same. Tomorrow is your final opportunity to decide whether you want coalition chaos to continue plaguing Joburg, or whether you want a working city for all. The choice is YOURS. 🗳️🇿🇦 #BelieveInJoburg #Zille4Mayor Source: News24 news24.com/politics/thank-go…

Exactly!
If you’re going to vote for the PA, GOOD/Rise Mzansi or ActionSA, stop fooling yourself and have the guts to vote for the ANC. After all this lot either governs together in local government or has policies that are near identical.

Each party has ended their campaign by blaming the DA for the current state of SA? Not one "revolutionary" party admitted to any failures contributing to the gross corruption, poor economy or record high unemployment & not one of them have a viable plan, except @Our_DA 🇿🇦💙🗳

Panayza Lesufi thinks he can take credit for the work of Helen Zille and the DA who paid for and installed a transformer in Snake Park, Soweto. Did you honestly think we wouldn’t notice ?
Thanks to Helen Zille, after almost 2 years, the residents of Snake Park in Soweto finally have their electricity restored! 💪 She raised funds and bought them a brand new transformer in partnership with @Eskom_SA! 👏

Say not to useless coalition, stop wasting your vote with small parties like Aljama and BOSA. Let's vote DA and see what they have for us, coalition of Anc and Eff is not working for joburg residents.

Tshwane's water crisis is not an isolated incident. It is a failure of leadership. Unsafe drinking water. Failing sewage infrastructure. Physical water losses up to 35%. Yesterday in Parliament, I challenged the Moya administration over its failure to protect residents.

[WATCH] A ward councillor in Bezuidenhout Valley, east of Joburg, says he is not receiving feedback on alternative water provisions from the city. Yesterday, Johannesburg Water issued a warning to residents not to drink or use tap water because of possible contamination after a tree stump fell onto a water pipeline during sewer excavation work. @sholwana_z reports. #Newzroom405

Malatsi’s deeper point in Parliament that day was that companies like Starlink could still comply with aspects of the B-BBEE scorecard, namely skills development and socio-economic development. They could invest directly in poor black communities and help those communities benefit. But the ANC is so greedy and unreasonable that it cannot allow poor black people to benefit without its cadres securing ownership stakes in the process. The justification for this greed? Simple. Ownership is also on the scorecard.

Rwanda is building a track completely from scratch, and Formula 1 is so sure they will deliver that they have already put pen to paper on a 10-year contract. Meanwhile, South Africa, with an existing track that has fallen out of shape, isn't trusted to get anything done because the South African risk premium is simply too big. Global capital now views South Africa as a dangerous, untrusted hazard while treating Rwanda as the absolute gold standard for institutional trust. Formula One Group does not sign a decade-long agreement on raw hope. They signed with Rwanda because Kigali has built an unshakeable reputation for flawless executive execution. When the Rwanda Development Board guarantees a timeline, the regulatory red tape is liquidated overnight by a disciplined, single-window executive. Global capital knows that a promise made in Kigali is a mathematical certainty. Rwanda turned a blank plot of dirt in Bugesera into a low-risk, elite-aligned asset. Conversely, modern South Africa has become a dangerous, volatile bet that international investors simply refuse to underwrite. Having the physical layout of Kyalami means absolutely nothing when your entire state apparatus is viewed as a structural liability. You cannot invite a multi-billion dollar global enterprise to a country crippled by terminal municipal decay, and deep institutional rot. F1 teams cannot run their multi-million dollar telemetry systems on the gamble that local public utilities won't collapse mid-race. South Africa's existing track falling out of shape is just a symptom of a much larger, systemic pathology. The state is so deeply fractured by bureaucratic infighting, political posturing, and chaotic policy vectors that it cannot provide a credible, bulletproof sovereign financial guarantee to underwrite hosting fees. The institutional decay is so severe that South Africa can no longer be trusted to manage, maintain, or secure projects of this level of complexity. In the brutal arena of global statecraft, historical prestige is completely worthless if you are priced out of the market as an operational danger. Rwanda won this contract because it aggressively engineered international trust, while South Africa mismanaged its massive head start into total structural irrelevance. F1 didn't bypass South Africa because of politics, it bypassed South Africa because of math.

The difference explained clearly.
CAPE TOWN vs JOBURG: Spot the difference! 🛑 ➡️ ✅ When a truck dislodged an N1 bridge on Saturday, the DA-led City of Cape Town worked non-stop to fix it by Monday. That’s the DA difference - a government that gets things done! Meanwhile in Joburg, the failing ANC-EFF-PA-Al Jam-ah coalition leaves our crumbling bridges unsafe and neglected. Joburg deserves a government that works! 📍 See Joburg’s unsafe bridges: RedFlagBridges.co.za #BelieveInJoburg #Zille4Mayor

The @MkhontoweSizwex spokesperson has successfully opened a case against @helenzille We as @Action4SA were there to witness & support. No political leader will insult people on our watch! Not Dada, not Pemmy & not Helen!
