Me too, but I think we're already doing what @DrFantinuoli suggests as a solution. Training professionals on problem solving skills, embedding adaptability in our programmes, focusing on holistic learning, etc.

We can focus on transferrable skills that allow professionals to easily respond to new demands and develop new skills. But then, what do we do to integrate core translation skills.
#MTPE, for instance, requires advanced translation skills, but training time is limited. 6/7
