Wow I just crossed the 1800 follower threshold.. thank you so much for everyone following! A big thank you to @2147mill for the shoutout earlier today. It means a lot to be noticed for my authenticity & transparent approach to sharing my portfolio. Here’s a bit about me for any new followers: - 36 years old, Male - Based in UK (North Wales) - Married with 2 kids - Working in tech (9-5) but leaving soon to pursue my own software business (coachdog.co.uk) and also create life/ investing content. My portfolio: It is heavily weighted towards the AI trade, so has taken a serious hit in the last month -£18k I am happy with my positions and if I had the money would 100% add here. FYI - I have £110k pension transfer landing in my SIPP soon so I will have around £200k on my T212 account (all in on individual stocks) Follow along if you want to see me try and work towards my goal of £1m+ across my ISA and SIPP!

GM. Korea rebounding. Ai cash generation and earnings still need to back it up though but positive to see I’ll get to my October port breakdown this week📉

This has to be the stupidest selloff I’ve seen in my life. I’m gonna repost this in a couple of years just to show you what prices did since. Thanks for the discount.

I'm genuinely lost for words.. £8.2k down last month. This market is just very ugly at the moment. Might just uninstall T212 for a month 😅😅

I went back through the $GOOGL earnings call. The sell-off looks emotional on the surface, but the market is reacting to two real things: Search revenue growth slowed to 12% and free cash flow stayed negative from heavy AI spending. That said, the underlying business is an absolute machine right now: 1. Search queries are growing at the fastest rate in 5 years. AI Mode queries are ~3x longer. 2. Google Cloud grew 103% YoY. Demand is literally outpacing capacity. 3. Gemini hit 1B users - the fastest-growing product in Google’s history. 4. Internally, Argon is helping engineers ship 35% more code with 30% fewer errors. Alphabet is now at a $500B annual revenue run rate. You can panic over near-term cash burn and Search monetization, or you can look at a cash-generating monopoly trading at a discount while it builds the next layer of the internet. I know which one I'm focused on.

Well, opposite outcomes for $GOOG and $MSFT Google missed both the earnings per share and Revenue While Microsoft beat on both Both great companies and probably a great price to buy $GOOG

Who's paying for the AI boom? Over the last year, $MSFT spent 63% of the cash its business brought in on data centres, chips and equipment. $GOOGL spent 71%. $META 78%. They can pay for it out of their own pocket. $AMZN spent 105%. Oracle 161%. They're spending more than they bring in, so they borrow to keep going. Borrowing works while lenders are willing. Musk says they've already stopped lending to companies that only do AI. If that spreads, the first three won't notice. $ORCL and perhaps $AMZN would. For education only. Not financial advice.

Elon warns debt is drying up for AI-dependent data-centre builders. That's not the same as all AI funding disappearing. AI project-finance debt reached $106bn this year vs $37bn in 2025 (Goldman/Axios). AI also took 64% of Q3's $159bn global VC funding. Those figures predate his recent warning, and equity isn't debt. My read: financing is getting more selective. For chips, watch weaker buyers' orders and whether hyperscaler spending holds up.

I've been thinking about the maths on ownership vs leasing with the rising fuel prices ⛽️ Here is my cost breakdown personally to upgrade to a Tesla Model 3 from 2 older cars. That's right we dropped from 2 cars to 1 Deposit £2,200 up front Lease £248 p/m Charging - £10 p/m (max) Tesla premium connectivity - £10 p/m (optional) Insurance £40p/m Home charger - £50 p/m this lease - will be zero effectively after this lease is up. Bus fare (1x per week to office) - £25 p/m So total inc deposit = £475 approx all in We used to run 2x ICE vehicles owned (rough averages) Car 1 - main family car. 71 plate Sokda Fuel = £100 per month Mot/ Service/ Repairs = £50 p/m (£600 p.a) Rough Depreciation = £50 p/m (£600 p.a) Tax = £20 per month Insurance = £25 per month. Rough cost £245 Car 2 - runaround 63 plate Corsa (horrible car to drive) Fuel = £50 per month Mot/ Service / Repairs = £50 p/m (£600 p.a) Depreciation = £0 (negligible as older car) Tax = £20 per month Insurance = £25 per month. Rough cost £145 All in about £390 pcm. So our outlay is roughly the same and the car equity was banked from both cars also just over £11k.. This is just the numbers for us as a family but wanted to give some insight to my thought process. Would you make the same trade if you could manage on 1 car?

The clocks go back an hour in the UK later tonight, but it's worth reminding people that the clocks will not be put back in the US for another week. Therefore if you are based in the UK, the US markets will open one hour earlier than usual at 1.30PM local time, and close one hour earlier at 8PM for the next week, before going back to normal the week after. This is something that catches me out nearly every time, so I'm posting this as a reminder to myself as much as anything. 🙂

Almost 1 month since collecting the Tesla and I can safely say its the best car I have ever driven... The software is absolutely top notch and so intuitive. I honestly will feel like I'm back in the stone ages driving anything else now 😅 It's probably costing £5-10 per month to charge on average. And the only time I had range anxiety was my initial pick up from 28% charge back home with 11% left. This was primarily just down to it being my first journey in the car. Anyone else considering getting a Tesla or already own one? Drop any questions below, if you are thinking about it! Happy to share more thoughts below!

Morning all ☕️ 😊 Taking my eldest daughter to one of her class mates parties today. Got here a bit too early... 😅😅😅 No problem with a Tesla, we can just chill 😎 in the car and put some shows on for my daughter! One of the many underrated perks!
