No. Permanent DST’s 9am sunrises forced children and workers to start days in pitch darkness all winter. It’s been tried and quickly repealed twice, with loss of life and money. Only permanent Standard Time can last safely.

You have it backward. Permanent Daylight Saving Time is worse than clock changes. Permanent Standard Time is naturally best for health, safety, education, economy, liberty, and lasting public acceptance.
