Arkansas’s raw materials contribute to the forest products industry, creating jobs and strengthening our state’s economy. I’m committed to supporting responsible forest management and ensuring these resources are sustained for future generations in The Natural State and across the country.
🌲This week, we recognize the people and industry that help keep renewable forest resources available for generations to come. #ForestProductsWeek 🪵👷♂️🌳

Joined @L3HarrisTech and state leaders in Camden today to celebrate the opening of the new Arsenal of Freedom facility. South Arkansas plays a vital role in strengthening our defense industrial base and supporting our servicemembers and allies, all while creating good-paying jobs for Arkansans.

Democratic socialists’ Green New Deal aims to ban natural gas heating in American homes, forcing Americans to use unreliable energy sources in winter.
Last month, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office became Arkansas’s first operational Rapid DNA booking station. It was great to visit and see how this technology is helping law enforcement generate DNA profiles faster, strengthen investigations and keep our communities safe. I was proud to secure $1 million in federal funding to support this effort.

Pine Bluff Arsenal plays a vital role in producing the munitions that keep Americans safe.
The new access control point will ensure it can continue doing so for decades to come.

Enjoyed joining @NEMA_web leaders for their annual conference this morning. I was proud to recognize NEMA’s president and Arkansas’s own A.J. Gary for his years of dedicated service protecting Arkansans and helping communities recover from disasters.
I applaud the administration's push to promote women's health. I have strongly supported bipartisan and nonpartisan efforts to improve maternal health in Arkansas & across America, as well as ensure women veterans receive the unique care and treatment they need through the VA.
Today, @POTUS, joined by @FLOTUS, signed an executive order directing HHS to establish a new Women’s Health Division at @NIH to strengthen research, accelerate medical breakthroughs, and improve health outcomes for women and girls.
The order also establishes a White House Women’s Health Task Force, co-chaired by @SecKennedy and @SusieWiles47, to coordinate federal efforts to advance women’s health at every stage of life—from childhood and adolescence to reproductive health, menopause, and healthy aging.
Great to be in Jefferson County to celebrate the groundbreaking for a new main access facility and gate at Pine Bluff Arsenal. This installation is an important part of Arkansas’s national defense contributions and supports the local economy. It’s taken years of hard work and collaboration with @SenTomCotton, @RepWesterman, and local leaders to get this project authorized and funded.
The new Access Control Point will strengthen security, improve efficiency and help position the Arsenal for future growth. I’ve been proud to champion PBA with our delegation, and this progress is a great start to its next exciting chapter.
Veteran suicide remains a pressing & persistent struggle for too many former servicemembers, underscoring the importance of reaching out and connecting them with resources. READ my latest weekly column on initiatives I've championed to confront the crisis.

@SenTomCotton visited our El Dorado office to reaffirm support as we push toward FID while addressing suspicious lithium pricing & inventory reporting from China.
Grateful for the partnership at every level as we move the Smackover lithium industry forward.

It was an honor to join many distinguished Arkansans for the investiture of U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas, John Thomas Shepherd. He comes from a great family of legal minds including his dad.
He will be in our prayers and we have no doubt he'll bring the same care, diligence and wisdom that has defined his personal and professional life to this new role.
So pleased to spend the morning at @sautech68 marking the next phase in the launch of the Defense Manufacturing Center of Excellence and dig even deeper into how local, state and federal partners can keep advancing efforts to ensure we're producing the skilled workforce needed to support the defense industry.
What’s really special about that task is that when we succeed here, it makes our servicemembers, our nation and the world a safer place too.
Great visit to @StandardLithium's LANXESS South Plant near El Dorado to see its advanced lithium extraction operations firsthand.
We're excited Arkansas is leading the charge in domestic critical mineral production, powering everything from cell phones to advanced munitions.
Always enjoy being with Gov. @SarahHuckabee and hearing Arkansans' thoughts on building stronger families, jobs and communities.
We were in El Dorado - the Capitol for the Day - and spoke with local leaders about how to meet the region's energy workforce needs.
Strong communities are built by people who believe in hard work, service and giving back.
Tony Thomas, Chief Operating Officer for the City of Jonesboro and a native Arkansan, carries those values into his work serving his community. His story reflects the spirit of service that makes Arkansas a special place to call home. #VoicesOfArkansas
Patrick’s leadership helped advance the conversation around the need for crypto market structure legislation that supports innovation, provides clarity for this evolving technology and protects consumers.
I appreciate his collaboration with @SenateAgGOP and wish him the best of luck in his next role.
Serving in this administration has been the privilege of a lifetime.
From helping to stand up the most successful presidential transition in history alongside @howardlutnick and @EDSecMcMahon, to rebuilding our defense industrial base as PTDO Deputy Under Secretary for R&E and then Acting Director of OSC at @DeptofWar, to driving forward President Trump’s vision to make the United States the “crypto capital of the world” as Executive Director of the @WhiteHouse Crypto Council, I consider myself to have been the luckiest guy in the world over these past two years.
First and foremost, I want to thank @POTUS for the opportunity to serve the American people again in your second term. Your clear-eyed vision to ensure the United States remains the undisputed global superpower at this time of unprecedented technological change and geopolitical strife is critical to our nation’s future prosperity.
Second, I want to thank @DavidSacks for your visionary leadership and mentorship. I am so grateful to have been able to work with you and learn from you over the past year. Thank you also to @USWREMichael, James Mazol, @HarryYJung, Nick Elliot, Tyler Williams, @lukejpettit, Jonathan Hurowitz, Andrew Rittenhouse, Michael Friedman, @atitus7, @passalacqua_mj, @willscharf, @JamesCBraid, @MayMailman, Steve Levine, Patrick Butler, Zach Carstens, and countless others across the administration for being the best colleagues anyone could ask for. It was an honor to serve alongside you.
Lastly, thank you to @SECPaulSAtkins and @ChairmanSelig, @SecScottBessent, @USComptroller Gould, @SenatorTimScott, @SenLummis, @SenatorHagerty, @berniemoreno, @JohnBoozman, @SenThomTillis, @RepFrenchHill, and @RepBryanSteil for your partnership in advancing crypto policy over the past year with the passage of the GENIUS Act and our work to advance the CLARITY Act. With regulators and elected officials like you, I rest easy knowing the future of digital asset innovation in America is bright.
Regarding next steps, I’ll have to more to share soon. For now, I’ll say this: I am extremely bullish on America as we embark upon a new golden age of technological advancement across multiple frontiers. I’m grateful to have done my part to unleash American innovation while in government, and I look forward to advancing that same mission in the private sector! 🇺🇸
