Built for farmers.
Built for rural America.
Built for the future.
Farm Bill 2.0 delivers certainty to farm families, invests in agricultural research, expands rural resources and helps ensure the people who feed America have the tools and support they need for generations to come.
Nebraska farmers can't afford to wait any longer for a new Farm Bill. We delivered improvements to the farm safety net, and we're committed to finishing the job.
🌲This week, we recognize the people and industry that help keep renewable forest resources available for generations to come. #ForestProductsWeek 🪵👷♂️🌳

Farmers in Mississippi and across America are working hard to bring in this year’s harvest amid rising fuel and input costs. I appreciate President Trump and Secretary Rollins for making $8 billion available through USDA’s Harvest Fuel Relief Program. The program will provide one-time payments to cover a portion of modeled losses for the 2026 crop year.
I encourage producers to set up a Login.gov account linked to USDA now so they’re ready when applications open. For more info, visit usda.gov/farmers-first or contact your local FSA office. This assistance will help our farmers bridge the gap for the remainder of the crop year and continue to feed, clothe, and fuel our nation.

The $8 billion Harvest Fuel Relief Program, along with the enhancements we made to ARC and PLC, will provide meaningful assistance to North Dakota farmers facing increased input costs. We’ll continue working to pass a Farm Bill that strengthens our farm safety net and advance efforts to secure better market access and unleash American energy to lower input costs.

Originally celebrated in the 19th century as "Old Farmer’s Day" to mark the end of the harvest season, today remains a time to honor the hard work and resilience of American agriculture.

USDA has announced $13.8 billion in ARC/PLC payments for farmers for the 2025 crop year, providing important support at a critical time for Kansas producers.
While these payments display the tangible benefits of provisions in last year’s reconciliation bill that modernized farm safety net programs, the significant increase in payments compared to last year reflects the tremendous challenges U.S. producers are facing due to high input costs and limited markets.
I am committed to continue working both to expand markets for Kansas producers and make certain they have the support they need to withstand difficult times.
🚨 USDA is announcing historic payments of $13.8 BILLION to eligible agricultural producers for the 2025 crop year through @usdaFSA's Agriculture Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage programs.
Thanks to @POTUS' Working Families Tax Cuts Act that increased reference prices, this is the largest annual payout by far since these key safety net programs were established in the 2014 Farm Bill.
✅ Delivering direct support to America’s farmers and strengthening the agricultural economy 🚜💪
