When will the government stand up for women and men who know what the law is and know what a woman is? When will the police start to protect us from aggressive activists rather than arrest us for speaking up? When will the grown ups return to govern us?
Politicians and police were remarkably unbothered for many years when balaclava clad men turned up at our events (suddenly they have now decided this is entirely unacceptable for another type of protest), demanded our rape and decapitation, and intimidated and disrupted us. Some politicians stood alongside those who demanded violence be used against us, and looked the other way, preferring to pretend there is 'toxicity on both sides'. A shame on all of them.

When discussions took place on an earlier emanation of the Conversion Practices Bill, in February 2024, Baroness Noakes was clear- there was no sound evidence for the bill.

Many NHS organisations have stopped routinely collecting patient and staff data on sex. The consequences are practical:
⚠️ Single sex patient and staff accommodation cannot be ensured in line with the law
⚠️ Safeguarding suffers, you can't protect people or respond to risk without knowing their sex
⚠️ Clinical care loses vital patient safety information for diagnosis, treatment & recovery
⚠️ Organisations cannot reliably report on their Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), because you can't monitor sex-based impacts without sex-based data
Professor Alice Sullivan, who led the government-commissioned Sullivan Review, will explain why collecting data on sex matters and how public bodies can do it properly.

I'm thankful that those in the clinical field are finally beginning to catch up on the depth of damage done to us detransitioners.
Truth be told, I really have a difficult time putting to words just how pervasively, how deeply negatively what I was put through affected my life. I could absolutely see it falling into the realm of PTSD and grievous moral injury.
I can never look down at my body and for a single moment not be reminded of the faces of my perpetrators and the lies they told me flashing before me like some kind of sequence film I can't stop.
I know this may not be the case for everyone but it is for me. I'm glad to see some peer reviewed studies coming out addressing these experiences people in situations like mine have been having. Props.
