@PamBondi CONGRATULATIONS on your nomination for United States Attorney General! I'm not sure if you've heard of $MMTLP. If not, @JDVance, @mattgaetz, and @RobertKennedyJr can fill you in. A grave misjustice had befallen use due to #FINRA's unprecedented U3 Halt of which was implement over 700 DAYS AGO! A U3 Halt was designed to be a temporary condition, not a permanent solution. On September 26, 2023, @JDVance, along with @MikeCrapo crafted and signed a letter on our behalf to #SEC Chair Gary Gensler. In this letter (see attachment below), it was stated the #SEC needed to examine events surrounding the trading halt of Meta Materials Series A Preferred Shares $MMTLP and provide appropriate information to Senate offices engaged in this matter. Over one year has elapsed...the letter remains unanswered. On December 2, 2023, @mattgaetz, along with @RepJenniffer crafted and signed a letter on our behalf to #SEC Chair Gary Gensler & #FINRA President/CEO Robert Cook. In this letter (see attachment below), it was stated #FINRA and the #SEC needed to review events surrounding Meta Materials Series A Preferred Shares $MMTLP and the circumstances surrounding the U3 Halt and level of short selling in $MMTLP. Almost one year later, the letter remains unanswered. #FINRA was well-aware of the FRAUD over one year BEFORE they initiated the unprecedented U3 Halt. We received documentation via a FOIA request (see 2 attachments below) of which confirms this. Many within the $MMTLP Community have fallen on hard times due to the FRAUD committed by the Financial Regulators. Some have lost their only means of transportation, some have lost their homes, others are having extreme difficulty feeding their families, many are suffering mental health setbacks, such as depression and anxiety, and last but more importantly, some, including veterans, have actually taken their lives! We implore you to please step in on our behalf as United States Attorney General to seek justice. Accountability is imperative in this very serious matter. Please take the appropriate action to resolve this situation. What we feel is needed is a Subpoena for a “Certified Aggregate Audited Share Count” from the #SEC and #FINRA (it must also contain the amount of shares each Broker-Dealer was allotted). It is believed that $MMTLP was massively OVERSOLD (possibly 5X-10X the Float)! Obtaining the share count will serve as proof of #FINRA's and the #SEC's wrongdoing. #FINRA has refused to provide this information and has fought us tooth an nail to conceal this from us...and the company (Next Bridge Hydrocarbons).
