Dear @Chowdeck Support Team, I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing experience with an order placed on our store today. A customer placed an order worth ₦37,000, and for almost four hours, no rider was assigned to pick up the order. Throughout this period, we repeatedly reported the issue to your support team, making more than five complaints and following up even before the rain started. Despite our repeated efforts to get the order picked up and delivered, no rider showed up. The order has now been cancelled, and we are being made to bear the entire financial loss. This is completely unacceptable. We did our part as a vendor. We prepared the customer's order, kept it ready for pickup, and made several attempts to resolve the delivery issue. The failure to provide a rider was entirely beyond our control. What makes this even more frustrating is that we are now exposed to negative customer ratings and reputational damage for a failure on Chowdeck's part. I am demanding a full refund/reimbursement of the ₦37,000 lost on this order. We cannot continue to absorb losses caused by operational failures that are entirely outside our control. If Chowdeck cannot take responsibility for this incident and reimburse our business, I will have no choice but to reconsider our continued partnership with the platform and take our business elsewhere. We have invested time and resources into building our presence on Chowdeck, but that partnership must also protect vendors from avoidable losses. I expect this complaint to be escalated and resolved with an appropriate reimbursement. Regards, Killz_bites
