-People can vote as young as 16
-Voting is mandatory unless you are illiterate or over 70. Blank votes are permitted
-Despite requiring everyone to vote they hold elections on a single Sunday
-They banned corporate campaign donations & instead provided taxpayer funded airtime

This makes me wonder - wouldn't there be a (rather niche, I think) demand for full-ganic Spec Ops / Mercs that would rely solely on their skills and "outdated" firearms without electronics? In certain circumstances they would seem irreplaceable against, say, Netrunners
