India and the EU have successfully completed negotiations for India’s association with Horizon Europe, the EU’s flagship research and innovation programme. This marks a significant milestone in the India-EU strategic partnership, towards building a long-term framework of research cooperation, along the vision laid out by the leaders during the historic India-EU Summit in January 2026. 🔗 pib.gov.in/PressReleasePage.… @IndiaDST @IndEmbassyBru @EU_in_India

TIL it is a widely held belief that the Arab conquest of Sindh happened because Sindhi Hindu pirates kidnapped Arab Muslim female pilgrims. This is part of the Pakistani state curriculum (text is the Chach Nama). Am I allowed to take an Oct 7th "it never happened" stance on this?

No policy. No odd-even ban. No air purifier. Nothing will fix Delhi-NCR. Everyone living here has silently agreed to suffer together. The best thing you can do is move. If your work allows, move. If it doesn’t, make yourself wealthy enough to do it. It’s over for Delhi NCR.

“A family whose history is inseparable from modern India” … What’re the rest of us??? Foreigners? This is what happens when you get cockneys like Hannah, who covered the fashion beat in London & the ladyboy beat in Bangkok to cover Indian politics.

Orientalism of indian culture and branding it as Arabic is so frequently done by the west, it's insane.
This has nothing to do with Arab culture this is literally pure Indian

South Asia will be a perfectly sensible term the day we locate North Asia
Sorry, but the term south Asian actually makes a lot more sense than Indian. India is a national construct, composed of dozens of ethnic groups and linguistic groups many of those groups stretch across Nepal, Pakistan Bangladesh, etc.

Reminder: It's easy to hate the rich but do you have the courage to hate the poor?
This guy damaged a train seat just to make space for charging his phone 🤦🏻‍♂️ Because of people like him, public property suffers. When will people learn to protect the country's property like their own..? 😐

🇨🇳🇮🇳 As an African, I have a genuine question for Indians: WHY DOES CHINA SEEM SO OBSESSED WITH MAKING INDIA LOOK BAD? 😭 If Chinese are filming in Bangladesh and labeling it as New Delhi, what exactly are they trying to achieve? Is this harmless trolling, anti-India propaganda, or something more organised? How are Indians challenging these acts? Isn’t this part of a wider effort to damage India’s international image? Please help me understand the bigger picture 🙏😢
As an African, I say congratulations to The Indian government for banning TikTok. Dear India you were right for banning TikTok 😭😭😭😭😭 I just saw something disgusting 🤮🤮

Almost 150 Chinese WeChat streamers came to Dhaka, Bangladesh & spent the entire day livestreaming while showing the city's slums. When locals noticed the unusual number they started investigating why so many of them were doing this. Turns out, they were presenting it as India

Mehdi, I'm sorry, you don't get to say racist stuff about Ramaswamy or Patel, any more than Bo French gets to say racist stuff about Indian UT fans. Being a leftist doesn't give you a free pass to be a racist.

"Apple’s Chinese films are interested in what it feels like to be Chinese. Apple's Indian films are interested in what India looks like, as seen from the outside." Because that's exactly how Indian elites/leftists look at india. they are extremely disconnected from India. The exaggerated head bobs and literal egyptian steps are the caricature of an "Indian", what west thinks and our people will represent India as foreign masters like, just like how they write articles for international media.

Ro is this the Same Grandfather who voted for the 2nd amending of the Maintenance of Internal Security Act (MISA) in 1975, which legalised 1. indefinite detention without warrant 2. suspended Habeas Corpus 3. arbitrary punishment (torture) 4. arbitrary property seizure
Replying to @gauravsabnis
I have unequivocally condemned Hindu nationalism & applauded the students in the streets speaking out against corruption and for inclusion. My grandfather was part of Gandhi's independence movement and I believe in Gandhi and Nehru's vision of pluralism.
