Any team that doesn’t use this product is choosing to give their opponent the advantage
Jet lag is a choice. The @49ers chose wisely.
Congrats to their excellent Player Health & Performance Team. We loved working with you to optimize every part of the trip. They aced it!
You can too. Join the 50k+ athletes, biz, & leisure travelers who choose Flykitt, not jet lag.
This is not a brown bear, it is a cinnamon black bear. Brown bears, like the one on California’s flag, have been extinct in CA for about a century.
Im a deer hunter (and a coyote hunter) and I disagree - the coyote population will take care of itself - deer are the thing that needs to be controlled. A forest tract with “too many” coyotes looks great, but one with too many deer is doomed

Secretive and handsome, the Sunda Gharial is disappearing from the swamp forests and freshwater rivers of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei. World Tomistoma Day is celebrated on August 5th to highlight crocodile conservation, specifically of this unique endangered crocodilian.
Looking at London and seeing multiple simultaneous aviation emergencies. All the planes in red are squawking 7700 (general emergency). Anyone know what’s going on?

Giving the Flykitt a shot on this Best Defense Foundation program taking eight MACV-SOG veterans back to Vietnam, the first time most of them have been back since the war. FlyKitt donated these bundles to all of us - very cool and exceeding expectations! Thank you to @Delta for supporting our Vietnam Veterans with these flights. Such an honor to be involved. I’ll send more reports from the field.
I did this at the Long Beach Aquarium once… started a chain reaction that led to betting on improvised stingray races at the petting zoo.

This has been known for thousands of years. So much to learn from the old texts.
From ~1170, Maimonides giving you the gold on strength maxing. (De’ot 4)
A post-workout hot bath enhanced strength gains by nearly 10%, twice the increase observed with a hot shower.
Participants in this study performed high-intensity resistance training a total of five times over two weeks. One group immersed their lower bodies in 40°C (104°F) water for 10 minutes after each workout, while another took a shower at the same temperature.
The bath group saw a 9.3% increase in maximal leg strength—nearly double the 4.5% for the shower group. Baths also reduced peripheral fatigue, supporting better neuromuscular recovery.
Adding light pedaling during immersion offered no additional benefits—the heat stimulus alone appeared to drive adaptations, potentially via heat shock proteins and improved blood flow.
Hot water immersion (via bath or tub) is a simple, accessible way to boost training outcomes for most people. If you have access, a sauna works too!
Wow - off to an awesome start! Looking forward to the new episodes as they come out!

In E2 (Horse Lords) (Links below) we 'step back' and explore the most incredible and horrifying story of conquest you’ve never heard of: the Indo-European conquest of Europe, and trace (most) of the Viking Ancestor's path from the Pontic-Caspian Steppe to Scandinavia, and learn how this brutal conquest laid the foundation for both Western Civilization and the Norse belief systems
