Herman Mashaba is vastly more accomplished and experienced than I am. The idea that this 67 year old black man has his strings pulled by anyone is National Party thinking 🗑
Don't celebrate oratory from criminals and people who haven't created a business or fixed a municipality
There's a big chance that @HermanMashaba is just the face of @Action4SA and that the real leader is @ME_Beaumont.
This isn't the first time I'm listening to Herman seeming very lost & sounding confused in answering a basic question.
Very embarrassing clip... yerr.

Don't patronize a black man far more accomplished and experienced than me with the idea that anyone pulls his strings. That kind of thinking belongs on the DA and is 🗑.

Following a deadly mass shooting last night in Lavender Hill, my heart broke to stand with mothers who had to pick up pieces of the brains of their children.
Where is the dignity? The humanity? The accountability?
We cannot keep asking mothers to be strong while allowing the conditions that break them to continue. These communities need more than condolences. They deserve protection, dignity and action.
Why are we killing each other????

🚨 📹WATCH: Dr Kgosi Letlape MP highlights before Parliament that the City of Tshwane, under @nasiphim has increased funding for Bronkhorstspruit Water Works from R6 million to over R107 million, a 1,566% increased investment after years of neglect‼️

"As far back as 2016, concerned residents wrote a memorandum to the City complaining about discoloured water. Brink, then MMC for Corporate and Shared Services, confirmed that two of the three pumps drawing water from the river were broken, that the reservoirs had not been cleaned in years, and that the sand filters needed replacement. Two of five high-lift pumps were broken, and the rest were past their life cycle."

I laid a complaint about the water in Makhanda(Grahamstown) in 2019 when we went a week without water.
Never even got a reply from the SAHRC. That's when I knew it had turned into a joke.

ActionSA is under no obligation to prop up failed mayors.
In Tshwane, we walked away from a dysfunctional coalition and focused on delivering for residents where the DA fell short. We will never sacrifice service delivery to protect political egos.
