Border Apprehensions Hit Lowest Level Since 1968
Border Patrol recorded fewer than 100,000 apprehensions as Trump’s immigration policies drove a historic decline in illegal crossings.

Arizona Democrats are finally coming to terms with the fact that they have perhaps one of the worst tickets in modern history.
They can spew all of the rhetoric and lies that they would like, but eventually, they are going to face judgment on their own disastrous records.

Notably tighter than most recent public polling, but this tracks what I’ve been hearing from people close to their campaign.
Worth flagging though: no sample size, no margin of error, no methodology, and no demographic breakdowns by party, age, or race have been released. Just toplines in a donor memo.
Hobbs is MIA and Republicans are uniting behind Andy. Arizona cannot afford four more years of Katie Hobbs.

This is the third time in a row opponents of school choice failed to get enough signatures to undermine the ESA.
It may have been their last, best shot. The unions are getting weaker and the school choice movement is getting stronger as more families switch to the ESA.

🚨 BREAKING: “PROTECT EDUCATION ACT” FALLS SHORT
Based on the trial court’s ruling in Clark (@ClarkRimsza) v Fontes and county signature validity rates, the union-backed anti-ESA initiative does not have enough valid signatures to qualify for the November ballot.
The numbers:
➡️ Approx. 245,000 valid signatures
➡️ 255,949 required
➡️ More than 10,000 short
➡️ Nearly 70,000 signatures disqualified
➡️ More than $7 million spent by union backers
The @GoldwaterInst led the legal challenge, with the Arizona Free Enterprise Club and other school choice advocates working alongside them to review petitions and identify invalid signatures.
Many of the disqualified signatures were duplicates or were collected by legally ineligible circulators with serious criminal histories.
AZFEC President @ScotMussi said:
“This is a major victory for Arizona parents, students, and the integrity of our elections.”
The unions spent millions trying to dismantle school choice and still failed to collect enough lawful, valid signatures.
Arizona’s election laws apply to everyone.

In 2018 Polls for FL Governor had Andrew Gillum 4-7 points up on DeSantis in the final week.
DeSantis won by a sliver and saved Florida for a generation.
Gillum has since been exposed as a total loser.
