Well, it feels like Twitter is back so let me re-introduce myself:
- Started Sharma Brands where we launched & worked with some amazing brands (Jolie, Feastables, POV Beauty, Parachute Home, etc.)
- Sold Sharma Brands in October 2025, and had the itch to get back to building, not running people-ops. I also didn’t want to get left behind with AI
- I’ve been spending the last 8 months consulting with brands on all things growth, AI, building teams, etc. to keep my brain sharp/involved
- I share what I find most interesting or learn about that week (building AI influencers, website tactics that increased CVR, etc) in a newsletter with 100,000+ other readers and host a podcast called Limited Supply, too
- Now that I’m 30, my soft-plan for what’s next is building an incubator. For $150k I can bring something to market and have a killer team put together. This and AI have been where I’m focusing my time
- On the side, I’ve also helped friends setup mac mini’s (at least 100 now) so they also don’t get left behind with AI (if anyone wants to chat AI x DTC, dm me)
- Been laser focused on getting healthier since exiting the agency — lifting heavy, hired a chef to cook meals and store them, getting 25k+ steps/day
- Me and @yo started producing music, putting it out on Spotify and playing shows in NY, Miami, LA, etc. It’s been a fun side quest
The last few months have felt like a hibernation for me to decompress and get back to feeling myself. Now I’ve never felt more like ME before and I’m excited to get back to building, side-questing and doing cool things with friends!

I met @mrsharma on MentorPass in 2019. I booked a call with him to talk influencer strategy and conversion rate for Madison Braids and ended up showing him some janky reporting widgets on our 3rd call.
Those janky widgets are what eventually became @triplewhale.
Those calls shaped a lot for me, so we recorded one. 52 min with Nik with the same energy as our 3AM voice notes over the years.
Hope it does for someone what Nik's calls did for me

Making someone pull out their headphones for BS water cooler talk or a question you could have assumed the answer to should be a criminal offense
If you're going to break someone's focus, come with the heat!!
Mama we made it!!
Thank you @JaiDolwani for such a fun surprise 🙏

Fun podcast.
I’ve been on as well as @mrsharma , @Seanfrank and @mbertulli . They had a last minute opening. Anyone in Vancouver want to record?
I have a full crew and camera in Vancouver tomorrow.
I am with @NotZainAgain
We are looking for one builder to come on our podcast.
Why am I in Vancouver with no plans you ask?
In hindsight, this was a bad idea. But here we are.

Thrilled to announce @getOuterSignal has raised a $22M Series A.
A year ago, @zachzelner and I saw an opportunity to revolutionize personalization. We spun out a tool he’d built into a company, and got to work. In the time since, we’ve gone from a few early customers to thousands, from 2 team members to 25, and created an entirely new frontier for how businesses can understand and market to their customers.
Our team has built a robust platform, trained internal models, conducted industry-leading research, and onboarded thousands of companies we’re proud to work with.
So, this raise is meant for one thing only: to keep shipping, faster than ever, the very best products for the consumer businesses we power.
Ecom, hospitality, mobile apps and beyond: OuterSignal is here to supercharge the way companies connect with consumers.
As founders, we’re humbled, grateful, and truly just getting started.
Try us for free at OuterSignal.com.
And if you’re an A-player ready to work on something ambitious and enduring, we want to meet you. DM’s open.
Onward 🚀
Knix got about 9,000 site visits in 5 min from one TV ad. Their approach is worth borrowing ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
They wanted to grow beyond Meta and Google, so they started with a small TV budget and expanded based on what worked.
Female-focused networks were an obvious place for an intimates brand to test. But @TatariTV's Similar Inventory tool helped them find other programming to try, including news and general entertainment. The spot that brought those 9,000 visits aired during The Voice.
They tested creative too. Lower-cost direct-response ads doubled the response rate and cut cost per visitor by 45%.
That’s the work I’d want underway before BFCM. Set an acquisition cost you can afford, test different placements, and give yourself enough time to improve the ads before holiday sales depend on them.
And please, test all of TV, not just the part that's easy to buy. Linear, streaming, and online video should be one plan, not three. Tatari calls it convergent TV: everything planned, bought, and measured in one place, so you find performance where it actually is, not where you think it is.
That's how Knix scaled beyond the roughly 20% of TV you can buy programmatically. They found high-performing inventory that isn't available in a DSP, and measuring against CPV and CAC showed them where to move budget.
If you’re building that plan for Q4, Tatari’s BFCM playbook covers planning the buys and measuring what’s working. I’ll put the link in the comments.
And if you'd rather hear how operators are actually doing this, Tatari is hostingForward in NYC on Oct. 29th, with Scott Galloway, Steve Huffman, Cody Plofker, and marketing leaders from brands including Liquid I.V. and Thorne. Seats are limited, but register below and tell them I sent you.

Q4 Summit 2026 is in the books.
A full day on TikTok Shop, returns, creator content and paid, plus a landing page built live on stage from a real brief.
Everyone who spoke runs or builds for brands doing real volume. That's the whole point.
Your next internal tool will likely be created from a Slack thread...
Imagine your media buyer asks the Claude agent in your paid-media channel on @SlackHQ for a summary of which ads drove the most purchases last month. With your ad accounts connected, it pulls the results.
Your creative strategist wants to go deeper. Did the ads with higher hook rates also produce better conversion rates and AOV? She tags Runneth in the same channel to compare the connected ad and store data.
The media buyer can see her question, read the analysis, and ask a follow-up. With your humans and agents in one channel, everyone can contribute without taking the conversation somewhere else.
Then someone asks, “Can we turn this into a dashboard for Monday’s growth meeting?”
A teammate uses that analysis to create a Slackforce Surface with campaign filters, then shares the interactive report back in the channel.
The media buyer filters by campaign. The creative strategist looks through the hooks and comments on what she wants to test next.
They’re building something around the questions they already ask each other. By Monday, the team has a shared report they can use to discuss which ads to scale and what to brief next.

No start to a day above @mrsharma and @codyplof dropping knowledge bombs every question
@ecomfounders events are superior.
A lot of people are going to get comfortable working with AI agents because they watched a coworker use one in Slack...
Imagine someone in your team’s Slack channel asks an agent to pull last month’s ad results. It has access to the reporting data and comes back with the strongest performers.
The media buyer looks at the list and says, “We ran a sale that week. Can you compare it with the other promo periods?”
The agent reruns the comparison. The creative lead asks it to use that analysis in the next brief. With access to the team’s documents, it creates a draft and shares the link back in the thread.
Then someone asks, “Can we turn this into a report we can use every week?”
That work can continue with Slackforce Surfaces. Once it has access to the reporting data, it can build an interactive interface for the team. The media buyer asks for a way to flag promo dates so those weeks don’t get mixed into the regular results.
Someone following along has now seen the team question the analysis, use it in a brief, and start building a Slackforce Surface around it. They can preview it at anytime in Slack and suggest adjustments.
Ask Slackbot today.
