I was given my name by the Iroquois Nation many hundreds of years ago. By 1660 my name was printed on maps by the Europeans as they accepted the Native name which means Beautiful waters. In 1867 the Canadian government decided to use my name for their providence.

Hello pals! I’ll tweet some fact checks tonight, but job demands mean I won't be able to address everything here. We'll have a detailed article on CNN.com during and after the speech, so I encourage you to visit, and I'll be part of the post-speech crew on TV.

Bob Graham was accessible, smart, fun, challenging, and honest. He made Florida a better place. It was an honor to have covered him in Tallahassee and Washington. My condolences to his family and many friends.
