A plea to our next generation: don’t let this insanity or threats like these keep you from standing up for freedom or the country we all love!
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics.
@ElissaSlotkin
Mississippi raised the bar. When standards rise, school grades may dip at first, but rising student performance follows. Kudos to @MissDeptEd, State Sup. Lance Evans and policymakers for setting higher expectations. mdek12.org/communications/20…
Colleges and universities across the country have been eroding the currency of our philanthropic sector - trust between the donor and recipient. “Impractical”, “rebranding”and “economic necessity” have all been used to ignore donor intent. Caveat Dator - Let the Donor Beware! @PhilanthropyRnd @flphilanthropy
A strong charitable sector depends on trust.
A recent Chronicle of Philanthropy article examines model legislation designed to strengthen donor standing in gift disputes. While some critics suggest donor and nonprofit interests are at odds, the reality is that both thrive when charitable commitments are clear, transparent and honored.
The model bill helps reinforce donor confidence while supporting nonprofits that steward charitable resources responsibly. Strong donor protections and strong nonprofits are not competing goals. Together, they create an environment where generosity can flourish, giving grows and communities benefit.

Donor intent is about more than preserving a founder's vision, it’s about putting those values into practice for generations to come.
In the latest installment of our donor intent series explores how the @Daniels_Fund translates Bill Daniels’ principles into its grantmaking today. By supporting organizations and initiatives that reflect his values, the Fund demonstrates how faithful stewardship can ensure a donor’s legacy continues to make a lasting impact.

I voted for No Tax on Tips, No Tax on Social Security, and the largest tax cut in American history. And I voted to make it easier for working families to buy a home.
It’s easy to talk. I’ve delivered results.

In a new research paper, former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Dan Kelly documents more than a decade of cases where donor intent was violated.
To address this challenge, Philanthropy Roundtable has developed the Safeguarding Endowment Gifts Act (SEGA), model legislation that protects donor intent by giving donors the right to enforce written endowment agreements while preserving existing state law.
The need is clear. The solution is here.

🚨 JUST IN: Former WH Press Sec. Karoline Leavitt says Donald Trump NEEDS EVERY PATRIOT AMERICAN to storm the polls this November, or socialists and Islamists will take power
SHE'S RIGHT.
"Don't let PERFECT be the enemy of the GOOD. Trump has done so much good!" 🇺🇸
"The 47th President NEEDS YOU to get out and vote."
"Because these are the most important midterms in HISTORY! Because we are facing a contrast...secure borders, supporting police, largest middle class tax cuts in HISTORY? Or a country that no longer recognizes itself! Democrats want to DESTROY TO AMERICA."
Leavitt left the podium end of August and is back on the trail with MAGA Inc. 🔥
She’s been framing the midterms as communism vs common sense after DSA-backed candidates began WINNING their primaries
Losing the House means ENDLESS investigations, impeachment and more weaponization. Losing the Senate would make it even worse.
EVERY seat, EVERY state, bring everyone you know and VOTE RED ALL THE WAY! 🇺🇸
@karolineleavitt
If Washington wanted to get serious about addressing affordability, it would start by reining in reckless spending that fuels inflation.
My Six Penny Plan cuts six cents of every dollar the federal government spends. In five years, the budget would be balanced and life would be more affordable once again.
