🇮🇪 A Ryanair flight from Cork to London Stansted was delayed following a bomb threat, confirmed by Cork Airport and a source directly involved in ground handling.
🇪🇸 An Air Europa flight from Madrid to Paris Orly was forced to return to the terminal following a bomb threat, according to an internal airline operations message.
Still, no explosives have been reported found in completed searches.
The number of reported incidents keeps rising.

🇪🇺🇺🇦 The EU has transferred another €4.36 billion to Ukraine — the funds will support the budget and defense
Of the total amount, €3.7 billion is macro-financial assistance, while another €660 million is earmarked for defense needs.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi said the money would be used to cover priority budget expenditures and the most urgent needs of Ukraine's Defense Forces.
The funds were allocated under the Ukraine Support Loan program — a €90 billion EU loan designed to finance Ukraine's budgetary and defense needs in 2026–2027.
According to Babel, Ukraine is expected to receive €45 billion under the program in 2026.

ALT During October 2026, Ukraine conducted a series of successful strikes against Russian airfields. Borisoglebsk airfield in Voronezh oblast in Western Russia was struck on 14-15 October 2026. Ukraine reported that Su-34 FULLBACK aircraft were destroyed using their Neptune coastal defence missile system. It is highly likely that between two and four aircraft were destroyed. Air defence measures, including one Pantsir-S1 air defence system northwest of the runway and protective measures on the apron, were insufficient to prevent the Ukrainian strike. On 29 October 2026, Russia suffered three additional tactical aviation losses. Two Su-34 FULLBACK aircraft were destroyed by a Ukrainian strike against Marinovka airfield, Volgograd oblast in southern Russia.

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) told CNN he plans to trigger a House vote to impeach Secretary of War Pete Hegseth when Congress returns next week, and multiple GOP sources said they expect it to pass.
Massie introduced the resolution September 15th as a privileged measure, but House leaders sent members home early before a vote could happen. The House is scheduled to return November 9th.
Republican lawmakers and allies are also moving to blame Hegseth for the party’s midterm losses, CNN reports, citing multiple Republicans who spoke anonymously. They argue he oversold the ability to win the Iran war quickly and kept advocating escalation despite little sign Iran is closer to surrender.
President Donald J. Trump said Wednesday he thinks Secretary Hegseth is “doing a very good job” and denied plans to fire him. Of the war he said, “If I had it to do again, I’d have to do it again.” Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said Hegseth “will not back down” and is “100% committed to leading the Department until the end of President Trump’s term.”
