Cambridgeshire police have spent over £800,000 policing peaceful protests outside the MBR Acres beagle breeding facility near Huntingdon. This money would be better spent on finding alternatives to cruel animal testing rather than threatening the freedom & liberty of those who stand up against this cruel exploitation of animals @peta @thePSCI @scarlettbeagle

A heartbreaking sight that makes me question humanity. This innocent goat crying out near a meat shop while the butcher slaps her for crying is deeply painful to watch. Every life feels pain and fears death just like we do.

What a load of nonsense!😂 Quite inventive! Are you financed by fox hunters or farmers, by any chance? Please stop spreading this misinformation. It does no one any good and just encourages hedgehog lovers to hate and be afraid of badgers. Badgers and hedgehogs have lived peaceably together side by side for 125,000 years. The badgers didn't suddenly decide to go on a hedgehog murdering spree, you know.🙄 They are incredibly tolerant of each other. Their diets are similar so they compete for food, but without aggression. This iniquitous rumour about badgers is spread by the deviants who enjoy torturing and killing animals, hoping to get hedgehog lovers to validate their depravity. Badgers are NOT hunters, you don't need a degree in zoology to know that, you only have to look at their body shape, their eye position, and sweet lumbering gait.😁 They are foragers, and 80% of their diet is earthworms. Of course any animal dying of starvation will act unnaturally, if that's the only way to survive. Humans have been know to eat each other, in extremis. So a starving badger may attempt predating a hedgehog, or any other animal, if it's risk that or death. That doesn't mean anything. Hedgehogs are no more part of badger's natural diet as mud is to a starving third world child. And as for the 'hollowed-out skins' - dear me, this is so ignorant. Anyone with even a passing knowledge of badger dentition knows this is impossible, utter nonsense. These empty skins are sadly all what's left of dead hedgehog, whose cause of death is usually parasite invasion or starvation, after birds - corvids mainly - have finished scavenging the corpse. See all those little dimples? They are peck marks. And badgers don't have beaks.😊

It is heartbreaking to watch. As massive and powerful as an adult humpback whale is, she has no hands, claws, or tools to cut through synthetic ropes and tangled commercial gear. The most she can do is what she is doing right there—staying close by the calf's side, pacing her own swimming speed to match the calf’s drag, nudging it toward the surface to breathe, and offering constant physical reassurance. Mothers in these situations often expend enormous energy just escorting and protecting their distressed young, completely unable to remove the very thing threatening their baby's survival. It highlights the brutal reality of marine debris: nature never evolved a way to deal with indestructible, man-made materials.

From the North Dorset Hunt Sabs “So sorry the Devon and Somerset Staghounds brutally killed this poor stag today. This is him exhausted, minutes from death, after he entered the River Barle in a desperate bid to cool himself after a relentless 2 hour chase”
