The @Raiders would be foolish to trade Crosby for anything less than a 2027 1st round and/or 3 2nds w/ 1-2 starters of equal value from the other team. Crosby is too good to let go for peanuts.

Raiders are wanting a 1st or a balance trade meaning a quality starting player in return. Dallas does not have too many of those, which means Pickens or Porter could be traded but I don't think the deal is made.

If Dallas gets Crosby, Pickens could be traded because the Raiders want a 1st round pick plus equal value in a player. But Crosby is owed over $16.5M.

Dallas will beat the Cardinals, if the 49ers come in hobbled, they could beat them. I am looking at my Commanders game-if we are playing well on both sides of the ball, could be interesting. Dallas has no margin for era unless the Giants faulter (very possible)

If that happens, they need to bring in an experience OC and an experience QB Coach

Not long-term. Cardinals, Titans and Colts are 3 more ho-hum games Dallas should win and then probably 3-5 more losses. If they lose to the Cardinals, Titan or Colts, the season is over.

The raiders are wanting two 1st round picks or a substantial package, based on the prior deal. Dallas would probably have to give up a player (e.g. Pickens, Porter or Lamb) I don't see this happening. If so, it means Dallas is selling their future in hopes they can win this year or in 2027.
