DePIN can ignite humanity's biggest leap toward a Kardashev Type 1 civilization it's making it easy and financially attractive for any person or community to harvest the sun's energy Americans use 4x(+) more energy per capita than the global norm it would take <0.01% of the energy we receive from the sun to power twelve billion of today's Americans we would need to cover ~0.35% of the earth's surface [excluding ocean] in today's solar panels to absorb that 0.01% of sun energy ~2% of the earth's surface is covered in buildings, so we'd need ~15% of buildings to harvest energy [provided they're in prime solar harvesting regions] confident we can find enough roofs the people are powering the people ⚡️ mega bullish on energy DePINs
