No. Female is the sex class. Woman is the adult human member of that sex class.
If โwomanโ is merely a feeling, then womenโs rights become based on who identifies with a feeling, not on the material reality of being female. That is how female sports, privacy, language, data, and protections get erased.
You cannot protect a sex class while insisting its name means anyone at all.

We have written to @AmnestyUK in response to their report from July - A Growing Threat - which labelled LGB Christians and 50 other gender critical organisations as "anti-rights".
Our letter was written with legal assistance.
"The Report was unfair, inaccurate and defamatory of LGB Christians and seriously so.
The publication of the Report, and its calls to action, were discriminatory in purpose and in effect. The publication was a betrayal of the trust that Amnestyโs supporters have invested in it over decades and its reputation as an advocate for human rights.
The calls to action based within the report amount, very seriously, to interferences or proposed interferences with the human rights of those individuals and organisations with which it was concerned.
We consider that the report was contrary to the rules of good governance and the legal requirements imposed upon charities more generally."

Itโs strange, isnโt it? When we talk about the Post Office scandal, everyone agrees it was a horrific series of miscarriages of justice. Innocent people had their lives and reputations destroyed. Some were imprisoned. Some took their own lives. Others died still living under the cloud of false accusations.
Whistleblowers were ignored. Alarm bells rang. Politicians put their fingers in their ears. And the suffering continued.
Nobody disputes that this was a terrible scandal.
But what if I told you that another horrifying scandal is unfolding right now, one that is arguably even worse?
What if I told you that vulnerable children are being harmed, their lives irrevocably changed by healthcare professionals following an ideology promoted by government, the media, schools and corporations?
And that, despite the evidence being publicly available, most people have little idea of the scale of the harm, how many children have already been affected or how many continue to be harmed?
How many people know that @nickwallis, the investigative journalist who played a pivotal role in exposing the Post Office scandal, is now investigating this issue, believing itโs a โhugeโ story.
Iโm talking, of course, about trans ideology. The brainwashing of vulnerable children into believing there are multiple genders, that they may have been born in the wrong body, and that life-altering medication or even surgery might make them happier.
This has been going on for years, and it is happening now.
The BBC has been front and centre in promoting this ideology. A generation of young people has been encouraged to believe that biological sex is irrelevant and that what really matters is their gender โidentityโ.
The harms are manifold. Yet because so much of the progressive left has invested in this ideology, the truth is emerging painfully slowly. Those who raise safeguarding concerns are too often dismissed or vilified rather than heard.
Just as with the Post Office scandal, I believe the full horror will explode into the public consciousness in the years ahead. But this time, the responsibility will be far more widely spread.
If you care about children, particularly the most vulnerable, you should care about this.
This isnโt simply about men using womenโs toilets, although the subjugation of biological womenโs rights and safeguards to the demands of trans-identifying men is appalling in itself.
Itโs about vulnerable children, the adults who are supposed to protect them, and the irreversible consequences of putting ideology ahead of safeguarding.
The harm being inflicted on children in the name of trans ideology is unforgivable.

Don't be fooled by the Conversion Practices Bill. Its name alone manipulates the public to believe that horrific abuse of LGBT people is somehow still legal, and that this bill is needed to criminalise it. Obviously the abuse of LGBT people, such as electric shock treatment or corrective rape and so on, is already illegal.
So what are they trying to criminalise?
Honest conversations between children and adults who care for them. They define 'conversion practice' as "causing the individual to have or not to have" or "believe that they have or do not have, a transgender identity or a particular transgender identity".
If you do not affirm a child's 'gender identity' you could face up to 5 years in prison.
This is not only an attack on freedom of speech, but it is anti-gay. A bill that purports to protect gay people will actually harm them.
We know that gender nonconformity is far more common in children who are same sex attracted. Hence the vast majority of children who identify as 'trans' are also same sex attracted and are confused as to why they don't fit the stereotypes for their sex.
