It’s a good thing there are 50 cameras in the stadium, otherwise they would’ve missed a clear hair pull in the box.

Lampard is FIZZING in his post-match interview and I don’t blame him. Scandalous night from the officials
Coventry are literally being cheated in plain sight here. They’ve been denied two absolutely blatant penalties already

VAR said they couldn’t get a good enough angle of handball. Here’s one, the first replay you shown on Sky. #PUSB

Fabregas picked up 12 points from his first 15 league games as manager of Como. Can you imagine the furore if he’d come to Newcastle and delivered the same? Or where Como would be now if the board buckled and moved him on quickly?
I can’t believe what I’m watching, it’s very confusing 🤯 this Como team are actually passing and keeping possession of the ball while moving forward with intent 🤯 they’re actually playing with intensity. Fabregas is the real deal and my absolute dream #nufc manager

Excellent from the club. Got to back him, and I hope that’s put the players in their place, because they’ve been a fucking embarrassment.
🇩🇪 🤝 Matthias Jaissle reveals he’s had support from above at the club in a difficult week, saying “everyone is realistic about the journey.” 🗣️ “I try not to follow things that are written and said, but here and there you get (told) some comments. 🗣️ “But the nice part is I got even more feeling from within the club how committed they are (to me). 🗣️ “That’s really important in a week where there has been speculation or rumours. It was good to know and good to feel. But I try in these aspects not to get distracted. 🗣️ There was no need for meetings, every day from morning til evening I feel it (the support). 🗣️ “Here and there you get a message. And that just shows me everyone believes in the long-term project and everyone is also realistic about the journey and where we are right now.” #NUFC

Jaissle is far from blameless, but I bet he's also 'confused' as to why the majority of his players can't trap a bag of cement, pass to a teammate, hit the target or mark an opponent.

And this was with a far better squad than we have now, a squad built by Howe. Time to put a stop to the revisionism. We have a manager three months into the job with someone elses squad which is lacking in quality throughout. We are in a bad way, but Jaissle isn't to blame #NUFC
NUFC's 2025/26 Premier League season 👇 Most defeats outside of relegation zone (17)✅ Most points dropped from winning positions (27)✅ Fewest points gained from losing positions (3)✅ Most goals conceded in final 15 mins (20)✅ Club's biggest summer transfer spend ever✅

I don't know if the manager is going to work out here or not, but frankly whoever is feeding this information to Craig Hope so he can delight in creating an even worse mood around the club, making his job harder than it already is right now, should be out the door first.

This is what lead to the free kick 😂😂 football is pointless
This is an absolute fucking joke. Look at this challenge. Joelinton wins the ball, both players have a raised foot, and Tino Barry goes to ground after the challenge. Craig Pawson gives the free kick, and Newcastle end up 1-0 down as a result. Absolutely ridiculous refereeing. Craig Pawson has had a shocker. #NUFC #NewcastleUnited

😠 Matthias Jaissle says his NUFC players did not adhere to his match plan, which was NOT to play long balls "There is big frustration & disappointment. We could not not transfer what we saw in the week, training in a high level. Since the start of the game, not much was seen. That is difficult to understand. "We were not brave enough to break the line and play on the ground. We saw it in training, but there was almost nothing to see from these aspects in the game. In possession, this was not the level we wanted to see. "If you just play long balls, it’s not the style Osula prefers & that was not the plan. We need to analyse this in depth, why we could not start the game how we planned. I’m responsible for that, to make it work. "We have a clear identity of how we want to play. To bring the opposition in stressful situations high in the pitch. We spoke about creating 1-on-1 situations. The plan was not to shoot the long balls."

IF you sack Jaissle, who do you bring in? McKenna or someone of that ilk is pointless, and could quite easily struggle in the same way. A Dyche type sets you back and has a very short lifespan. Not an easy fix.
