Leftists in Iran genuinely believed that by allying with islamic extremists against the Shah, they would achieve socialist utopia.
And then they were all shot, hanged or driven into exile.
I am begging the West to understand that history is about to repeat itself.

English people who think the Falklands should be Argentinian are genuinely some of the biggest fruitloops I have ever encountered on this app.
Their profiles are rammed full of conspiracy theories and hatred for the country they live in. Proper proper weirdos.
They are so fucking deluded over this war. 😂😂😂😂 they had 2 weeks to entrench themselves and set up defensive positions in the Falklands whilst we sailed there and they still got steamed over in 74 days 😂😂😂😂😂 here’s your commander signing your surrender by the way 😘
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Britain lost 2 destroyers, not 7. 34 aircraft were lost, 24 of which were helicopters, not 45. HMS Invincible was undamaged.
7 British ships were lost in the war, and several damaged, out of 127, 5.5% lost, and estimated at around 20-30% lost or damaged, not 70%.
