IP68 waterproof inductive sensors. These are really neat little components!
I circuit board directly soldered to wires is placed in a small ABS(?) box and coated in a rigid, opaque epoxy.
This is probably the best way of waterproofing electronics for long term submersion
Cooper has been working hard. Parts are arriving. Work is being done.
To be clear, this is Cooper typing this and I'm back at work at 9:30 again to keep working.
Doing our best to take care of everyone
Rack Pro-2 seen in the wild!
Small self note here, we need to do a better job with the outside finish on the sealant. Some comes out during application and curing.
We should run an external bead for aesthetics

We and our customers have found success with distilled water and filtration. We are able to add deionization for an additional fee.

I made a turnkey WEDM machine for businesses.
I've never made such a large, heavy machine before, but it works very well.
I really like it, and I hope you do too.

Finally, Western companies and schools can access wire EDM in an affordable, secure, and easy to work with form factor.
The Rack Pro-2 is available now, starting at only $15,000. Stock configuration, or with your customizations.
Spec sheet and purchase link available at rackrobo.io/pages/pro-2.
Please email for customization requests.
We made the Rack Pro-2 to fill that niche.
Low power consumption (under 1500W), low cost (only $15K), and secure to work with (open firmware)
We realized that wire EDM was still either budget kits put together on non-standard hardware, or $100,000+ machines
Many companies need to make thousands of precise parts for firearms, gear trains, and electric motors. Buying a fleet of legacy Western WEDM machines was untenable
Assembling kits and running on belt driven hardware was not enough for many of our business customers.
They wanted something with precision, stability, and filtration right out of the box.

Common question. No, it is not a useful way to machine PCBs

It really works. Anything you want to see cut?

we have too much RESPECT to EVER A/B test our audience
What would you like to see cut with wire EDM? We're thinking gears, knives, pressure locking parts, etc.
