Former MIT scientist David Sabatini just won $6 million in a landmark case against false allegations of r*pe and sexual assault, which destroyed his career. Once on track to win the Nobel Prize, Sabatini’s ex-girlfriend accused him of r*pe in 2020 and began calling him the ‘Weinstein of science.’ He was later accused of perpetuating a “bro culture” in his lab. As a result, he was stripped of all his funding, lost his job, and went bankrupt. We interviewed Sabatini (@DMSabatini) about the verdict, which he says made him “proud to be an American.” @neerajadeshp reports 👇

Kris Aquino says if she were to enter politics, she would like to be appointed to a post in the Department of Health. She also believes that the people deserve honest and accountable public servants: "If ever, sana ma-appoint ako ng kung sino man ang mahahalal na maging DOH, kasi sa experience ko, Boy. Alam nilang hindi ako magnanakaw. Yung mapababa lang ang cost ng gamot ang laking bagay na, and maybe by not taxing the importation of medicine so high, we can already make it so affordable. Ako, I feel talaga na dapat ang mga naa-appoint, yung alam ng taong may naitabing pera na. Wala po akong sinasabi at pinariringgan ngayon, but I would think we deserve honest [and accountable] public servants." (via @FastTalkGMA)

“Rape allegations are 4x more likely to be false than any other crime according to the FBI” “Mattress girl”, a college student immersed in victimhood and misandry, accused exchange student Paul Nungesser of rape. She was believed and his life became hell. She lied
Mattress Girl, the Columbia student who carried a mattress around campus for a year, got her name and photo on the NYT front page without a scintilla of doubt. Why the certainty? The accused was a White male. Then her texts to him came out, and Columbia settled with him.

🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 “I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and feel like I’ve been gang-raped!” MeToo hoaxer Kristin Knouse is confronted with her own crude texts to David Sabatini. She withheld these texts initially until the defamation lawsuit against her exposed them. (Follow me for more exclusives from this case.)

Former MIT professor David Sabatini won a $6 million jury verdict in a defamation and tortious interference case against a fellow MIT scientist who accused him of sexual coercion. Sabatini’s lawsuit alleged Dr. Kristin Knouse orchestrated a deliberate campaign to have him removed from MIT and derail his career opportunities. Knouse denied the allegations and countersued, but the jury rejected her claims. In our interview, Sabatini said: “…we have literally the messages where she is talking to people being interviewed and what you're going to say, then coordinating with her students, drafting emails to send to the Whitehead saying that no woman should be safe in the building with me…” Here’s a clip from out reporting:

Australia's public servants are increasingly enjoying better pay, more generous benefits and greater job flexibility than the private sector workers and small businesses that fund them. Former Prime Minister John Howard has warned that Australia's expanding public sector, excessive government spending and lack of economic reform are undermining productivity and economic growth: dailytelegraph.com.au/news/n… The figures are revealing: - Public sector employees earn 11% more than private sector workers on average: $2,263 versus $2,034 per week. - Public sector wage growth has exceeded private sector growth for six consecutive quarters. - Australian Public Service (APS) employees receive 15.4% superannuation, compared with the private sector statutory minimum of 12%. - Public servants receive more generous personal and carers leave entitlements. - Public servants generally enjoy significantly greater opportunities for working from home, flexible hours and other flexible working arrangements. - Australia's public sector in total employs approximately 2.6 million people (state and federal), growing another 3.3% in 2025. Small businesses, meanwhile, face rising costs, shrinking margins, regulatory burdens and difficulty competing for staff. One in three small businesses has reportedly considered closing. Warren's excellent cartoon captures this growing divide, but it contained one very important mistake... The modern federal public service is overwhelmingly female. There are approximately 55% more women than men in the APS, with women constituting the majority at every classification level. The modern bureaucrat pictured on the right should therefore be a woman in her late-30s to mid-40s. So I've fixed it, to accurately capture the current circumstances... Importantly, the federal APS is predominantly concerned with administration, policy and regulation, rather than frontline health and education services, which are largely delivered by state and territory governments. Public servants perform important functions, and competitive remuneration is necessary. However, when government employment consistently offers better pay, benefits, security and flexibility than the businesses generating Australia's prosperity, the balance has clearly shifted too far and we're heading in the wrong direction... A thriving Australia needs a productive private sector, not an ever-expanding bureaucracy.

Dave Foley was ordered to pay his ex-wife $17,700 a month in child support. That was five times what he actually earned. If he set foot in Canada, he would be arrested at the border. When he asked the judge how he’d feed his daughter from his second marriage, he says the court’s answer was simple: “They can rot in hell.” In 1997, Foley was starring on NBC’s NewsRadio and making about $1 million a year. That year, he separated from his first wife, Tabatha Southey. An Ontario judge set his payments at $17,700 a month, or $212,400 a year after taxes, based on his sitcom salary. Two years later, NBC canceled the show. His income dropped by nearly 80%. He went back to court to lower the payments. The judge said no. The court ruled he had made $1 million once, so he should keep paying like he still did. His ex-wife lived in a $2.5 million house on a park in Toronto. Foley rented a small loft in downtown LA. By 2011, he owed more than $500,000 in back payments. Ontario threatened to pull his passport and issued a warrant for his arrest if he came home. In the video below, Foley explains the math: “I’m paying about five times my income every month in child support, based on a show that hasn’t been on for 12 years.” He couldn’t work in Canada again until he landed a new sitcom in 2014 and had his paychecks garnished at the source. The case for the court: a parent shouldn’t get to slash support just because their career slows down. The case for Dave: locking a canceled actor into 1990s sitcom money under threat of prison is extortion. Should child support be tied to what you earn today, or the best year you ever had?

🚨 BOMBSHELL COURT EVIDENCE EXPOSES EXPLOSIVE PRIVATE MESSAGES REVEALING COORDINATION BETWEEN KRISTIN KNOUSE AND MIT PROFESSOR SANGEETA BHATIA IN THE DAVID M. SABATINI ORDEAL. 🔱 NEW REVELATION — Court evidence exposes how Knouse and Bhatia privately celebrated Sabatini’s removal, discussed the potential destruction of his professional career, and anticipated the revocation of his @MIT tenure. An 80-message exchange between Kristin Knouse and MIT Professor Sangeeta Bhatia, dated August 20–21, 2021, reveals their private reactions immediately following Whitehead Institute and HHMI's severance of ties with Professor @DMSabatini. The communications contain statements that deserve serious public examination. 🔴 1. “YOU DID IT” — “AND HE’S OUT.” On August 20, 2021, Bhatia congratulated Knouse: 🔴 “YOU DID IT. You crossed the finish line. It's out in the open. And you're not out in the open. And you're on the faculty. And he's out.” Knouse responded: 🔴 “You connecting me to Nancy [Hopkins]was the turning point. I will never forget that walk in Lexington.” 🔴 2. “THIS WAS THE OUTCOME I DREAMED OF.” The following morning, as news coverage spread, Knouse discussed the possibility of Sabatini losing his MIT tenure: 🔴 “Hard to imagine MIT will be left with any choice other than to revoke tenure.” Bhatia responded: 🔴 “You're right about tenure” She subsequently wrote: 🔴 “This was the outcome I dreamed of but NEVER certain I would get it.” Knouse also described her assessment of Whitehead's handling of the matter: 🔴 “And as skeptical as I was of Whitehead's end game, in the end I think the overall process was perfectly executed.” Bhatia expressed her approval of Whitehead Institute Director Ruth Lehmann: 🔴 “I'm proud of Ruth [Lehmann]” These exchanges occurred months before MIT's April 2022 tenure-revocation recommendation. 🔴 3. THE PROFESSIONAL CONSEQUENCES — BEYOND WHITEHEAD. The participants also discussed Sabatini's corporate affiliations and prospects for future employment. Knouse wrote: 🔴 “I know of one company already speaking with lawyers to remove him on grounds of morality clause.” She subsequently stated: 🔴 “Hard to imagine how he can be gainfully employed anywhere after the past 24 hours ...” These were not merely discussions about an institutional investigation. They extended to the potential consequences for Sabatini's career, tenure, corporate affiliations, and future livelihood. 🔴 4. THE DIVERSITY SURVEY AND PROTECTION FROM PUBLIC IDENTIFICATION. In another particularly consequential exchange, Bhatia wrote: 🔴 “Also the dei survey and subsequent investigation really protects you, which I love. There is not even a scent of whistleblower in all the press.” This statement takes on particular significance alongside the previously disclosed communications in which Knouse and Nora Kory discussed using Whitehead's diversity survey to conceal an investigation already under consideration (📑 see the original court evidence in the first comment below). 🔴 5. “WE DRANK CHAMPAGNE” — CELEBRATING AS THE NEWS SPREAD. Perhaps the most striking exchange appears on KK011419. On August 21, 2021, Knouse declared: 🔴 “I KNOW! Young people took down a relatively young king. Progress, progress, progress.” Knouse also wrote: 🔴 “Two other women who came forward and I drank champagne while watching the Tweets and articles roll in last night. It felt like campaign headquarters after an election victory. Really special.” Bhatia responded: 🔴 “That's awesome.” These exchanges reinforce the serious concerns about coordination and conflicts of interest raised by our previous disclosures. Their significance must be assessed alongside the full documentary record and the subsequent jury verdict. The scientific community deserves full accountability for any misconduct established by the evidence, including the roles of individuals who participated in or improperly influenced the institutional processes that subjected Professor Sabatini to a devastating ordeal and profoundly damaged his career. 📑 REVIEW THE ORIGINAL COURT EVIDENCE BELOW. 🔱 ScienceGuardians™ Legal and Investigative Team MORE COURT EVIDENCE. We have eight federal offices of health for women. Zero for men. How is this fair? There’s so much pushback to creating an office for men, which doesn’t make any sense to me. Don’t we want our partners, our sons, our fathers, brothers, our friends and colleagues to be healthy?
In America, men have worse health outcomes across every ethnic, racial and socioeconomic group; they are more likely to die at every age; and they lead in 13 of the top 15 causes of death. Meanwhile, the National Institutes of Health spends about 2.5 times more on women’s health research than it does on men’s, and this has been true for nearly forty years. Yet, despite this… there are now eight federal, tax-funded Offices of Women’s Health, and zero for men. And so, statistically speaking, the formation of the first Office of Men’s Health seems like a no-brainer, and an urgently needed step to help stem the deluge of early male deaths. But sadly, many still find it a controversial ask, and remain dedicated to undermining any political move to open such an office. Instead, such people insist the opposite is true: that women’s health is where attention, and all the funding, should go. So let’s look at the stats and ask what is so unpopular about men living long, healthy, happy lives… What do you think? ~ My new Ask Me (Us) Anything with @LisaBritton is out now! youtube.com/watch?v=bAYEaT8W… Men lead in 13 of the top 15 causes of death sciencedirect.com/science/ar… NIH Gendered Funding jameslnuzzo.substack.com/p/n… Men and boys have higher mortality at every age washingtonpost.com/wellness/… Men have worse health in every group congress.gov/bill/119th-cong…

The UK gov is putting £15m into an anti-misogyny fund. Its Men's Health Strategy gives £3.6m over three years to suicide prevention for men, about £1.2m a year. 4,599 men died by suicide in England & Wales in 2024, three-quarters of all suicides. Priorities?
