I read it, still not voting for it. I have a bridge to sell you if you think this is just about taxes, any administrative cost no matter how small could be argued as raising taxes. This is the legislature being butt hurt about Prop 4 and wanting more power, don’t give it to them.

Utah lawmakers can raise taxes with a simple majority. Amendment B would require citizens to get 60% to do the same.
Why should the people have less power than the politicians they elect?
I find it sad that most people do not READ ballot initiatives and trust commercials.
Amendment B is GOOD for all Utahns. It makes it so that in order to pass a tax increase, it needs to be 60% instead of 50%+1. Thus, it makes it HARDER to increase taxes!!!
Those apposed think it is a great idea to make it easier to raise taxes... probably because they profit off our tax dollars.
When you open your ballot, READ what Amendment B actually says.

This is just as much nonsense as when Liberals said if Trump won that we would become Nazi Germany.
America is stronger than that.
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
