General and President George Washington once said, “When we assumed the soldier, we did not lay aside the citizen." It is great to now have a @SecDef in @PeteHegseth who agrees.
What we’ll likely never know is the full extent of how much talent was lost, lives ruined, and damage done to organizations across the military. This is only a snapshot into a decades long effort to gut our nation’s defense.
The kind of horsepower put behind these initiatives was immense. It spanned the breadth of our state and federal institutions, here specifically the military, and there was no way the architects of our destruction were going to stand by and let Hegseth dismantle what they’d created without using every medium at their disposal to destroy him.
A lot of really bad things happened in the military during the Biden/Austin administration. The push for DEI was one of them. I released the files back in February, but I just recently finished this site that indexes the 7,000+ JAG FOIA files along with detailed notes on what occurred with a timeline of events. It also includes public files of its inception DoD wide.
Please share and send out on all platforms. This will return, and people need to know everything that is about to happen when the radical left retakes control.

NEW U.S. SENATOR: “THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS MANDATE THOSE VACCINES”
“Your right to swing your fist ends where my face starts, right? And your right to choose not to get vaccinated ends where the breath that you're breathing out of your lungs is now going into my nostrils.”
“We have a responsibility to protect people from the unvaccinated.”
Will you comply?

Every GOP strategist, consultant, and candidate should be forced to participate in a role-playing exercise this morning.
Your name is Bob. You’re a 49-year-old blue-collar worker in Ohio. You’ve always struggled to make ends meet. The good jobs were all shipped to China and the few remaining pay a pittance wage, undercut by endless illegal labor.
You’re a 3x Trump voter because you believed he would finally make America great again.
You put your son through Ohio State. He graduated cum laude in computer science. You couldn’t have been prouder. After months searching, he landed an entry-level job at Microsoft. Beneath his qualifications, but a good start for a smart kid.
Then he got laid off. That same month, Microsoft applied for 150,000 more H-1B visas because it can’t find qualified Americans.
Your son has spent six months back in his childhood bedroom, sending hundreds of applications without landing an interview.
On TV, Trump boasts about the greatest economy in history and how many women and minorities are finding jobs.
You decide a father-son steak night might cheer him up.
Gas is $4.50 a gallon. Filling your truck costs over $100. At Kroger, ribeyes are $30/lb. You settle for hamburger, even though 70/30 ground beef still costs $10+.
At checkout, a fat black woman is screaming at the cashier because her EBT will only cover most of the filet mignon and lobster in her cart.
You think to yourself how the Iran war has made everything expensive, but at least we’re stopping their nuclear bomb. You weren’t even sure where Iran was before you googled it after we first bombed them in March.
After dinner, you take your son to the county fair. Half the people aren’t speaking English. Virtually none of the crowd looks like you. You’re forced to leave early after a “teen takeover” turns violent. A foreign born judge pledges none of them will go to jail.
Back home, you turn on the TV. Vivek Ramaswamy is lecturing the crowd about American mediocrity and why Ohio needs more foreign talent.
Your son grows upset. You change the channel.
Now a Republican surrogate, the daughter of a governor or wife of an elderly billionaire, explains that young White men are the REAL welfare queens. They’d rather play videogames in their parents’ basements than work.
Your son says nothing. He just goes back to his childhood bedroom. You turn off the TV.
Then your neighbor starts blasting reggaeton and cracking open Modelos. He brought his cousin’s family from Mexico to help with all the minority-business contracts his construction firm keeps winning. Tonight they’re celebrating his nephew’s birth, the family’s first birthright American citizen.
You sit alone in your living room.
You worked hard, paid taxes, obeyed the law, and raised your son to do everything right. You voted Republican again and again because you believed somebody in Washington would finally fight for you.
Instead, your wages are stagnant. Groceries are unaffordable. Your community is unrecognizable. Your country is fighting another foreign war.
And upstairs, the son you sacrificed everything for is lying awake in the bedroom he slept in at twelve, wondering what the heck he’s even supposed to do with his life now.
Every time you turn on the TV, the Republicans you elected are either congratulating themselves or explaining why you and your son are the problem.
For ten years, they told you America’s future depended on your vote. Now you aren’t even sure America has a future worth defending.
The Republican Party needs to answer one simple question this morning:
You’ve spent a decade demanding Bob’s loyalty. You’ve given him stagnant wages, unaffordable groceries, another foreign war, and a son who did everything right but can’t find work.
And when they complain, you call them lazy, entitled, and racist.
What possible reason have you given Bob and his son to vote Republican? Do you honestly think you deserve their vote?

🧵🚨🚨🇺🇸🇺🇸. @PeteHegseth, @SecWar
Honorable Secretary Hegseth,
The Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) determined that an injustice was committed against me and provided me a pathway to reinstatement. That was over a year ago!
NGB’s upside-down theory: States do not have to comply with 10 U.S.C. § 1552, POTUS EO 14184, or the 1 APR 2025 BCMR correction policy when implementing an ABCMR reinstatement recommendation/determination;
because of case law NGB takes out of context and relies upon regarding state authority. 🤡
In NGB’s 22 SEP 2026 response to my third notice, it went even further and stated:
“the 1 April 2025 correction policy does not provide authority to override State sovereignty”
and:
“neither the ABCMR nor NGB may require a State to comply with an ABCMR recommendation concerning State National Guard status or Title 32 AGR service.”
Sir, I sent you my 4th Notice of Noncompliance yesterday, 29 SEP 2026, and your office is expected to receive it on 1 OCT 2026.
My notice is filled with the most important laws governing how the National Guard states operate within the federal construct as a Reserve Component. Personnel allocations—especially AGR positions—unit MTOEs and TDAs, funding for drill weekends, and armory property are federally provided to the states to administer within the applicable federal statutory and regulatory framework.
You know this relationship well—you were a Guardsman yourself.
And one federal statute puts the issue particularly clearly:
32 U.S.C. § 110:
“The President shall prescribe regulations, and issue orders, necessary to organize, discipline, and govern the National Guard.”
So the question remains:
How does a State TAG acquire the authority to prevent implementation of a Presidential Executive Order and an Army records-correction process when Congress expressly gives the President authority to issue orders necessary to govern the National Guard? @DOWResponse @DoW_USW_PR
AR20250003642 — still waiting for implementation.

One step closer to full disclosure regarding the unlawful DoD vax mandates of 2021 and subsequent retribution against courageous service members.
My name came up in federal court again. This time it wasn’t my case.
In Dr. Terry Adirim’s defamation suit against Ivan Raiklin. Raiklin’s defense names me, along with LTC Theresa Long, as one of the military medical whistleblowers whose reports shaped what he believed about the vaccine mandate.
The article calls me “Colonel.” My correct rank is Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, retired.
Adirim signed the September 14, 2021 memo that ordered nearly two million service members to take the shot.
The judge has already granted summary judgment on the first one of the three complaints. Calling a government order illegal is an opinion, and citizens are allowed to hold it.
Many of us argued the order violated 10 U.S.C. § 1107a, as well as U.S. Army Regulations which state that the military can’t require an emergency-use product without a presidential waiver or by regs in the latter.
Raiklin cited DMED, the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database, to support his statements.
The record on DMED needs to be clear. On March 10, 2022, I testified under oath at the preliminary injunction hearing in SEALS v. DoD.
The hearing was in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa, before U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday.
I was called by the plaintiffs, examined by Mr. Staver, and cross-examined twice by government counsel.
My sworn testimony is available on record and we were able to enter the DMED data into official record.
Despite threatening measures to sway testimony, by some Army officials, not to testify I didn’t back down on the stand, paying for it personally and professionally.
This case isn’t really about two people. It’s about whether the officials who made the mandate policy can sue their critics into silence.
One thing I know about Ivan, he’s a pit bull that will never back off of the truth.
If it goes to trial in January, the evidence we’ve been trying to get in front of the public may finally be heard.

God did not call Christians to be idle and watch it all burn down.
Jesus literally called us salt, a preservative.
Evangelize.... and.... Tend the Garden.
Both are commanded.
Young men are being told that love of people, place, and inheritance is itself morally suspicious. God’s Word never told them to become men from nowhere so they could love their neighbor.
You were born into a house somebody else built. Your fathers arrived first, and so did the language, the churches, the laws, the wars, the sins, and the graves. You did not make this nation. You were handed a debt, not an entitlement.
Inheritance bestows obligations. You are a steward standing between your grandfather and your grandson, and both have a right to something from you. Conserve what your fathers did faithfully. Confess what they did wickedly. Repair what they ruined. Build what the next generation will need. Do it all for the Lordship of Christ.
God “made from one man every nation of mankind” and set the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek Him (Acts 17:26-27). Love your people. Keep your borders. Perform the stewardship Christ laid on you.
Pastors, give young men that vision before they take their questions somewhere poisonous.
Maybe the world is coming after Shawn Ryan because his revealing just how much it comes after your children.
Chris Hansen Reveals How Quickly Online Predators Can Gain a Child’s Trust
“They will get online. They will go to these different platforms where they know children exist. They are adept at grooming. I mean, if you read these chat logs, as many as I have, you will see patterns. It's almost like they go to a school. ... But the problem is, the stranger on Wednesday is so adept at grooming, he's not a stranger by Friday. He's already gained your child's confidence. And children are vulnerable. And they look for these vulnerabilities and they prey upon it.”
“A guy who would be standing next to you at the grocery store or the pharmacy doesn't have the word predator tattooed across his forehead. He works at a bank. He's a doctor. He could be in law enforcement. ... And that's what blows me away, Shawn, is some of these guys have kids.”

We know the religious accommodation process for the military remains broken despite official claims. Navy personnel are being denied religious accomodations to the MANDATED flu shot. Following a flawed process rarely leads to a different outcome. @DOWResponse
