Replying to @Ranting_Trans @kye_mirae
My Dad really came around. I asked him once (he was Catholic) if he thought I would go to hell for being trans. My Dad said “Robin, if heaven won’t take you, I don’t want to go there either.”

I’m at the point now where I’m saying God help Alberta’s hospitals and those who work in them. I also feel sorry for the patients.

“I don’t know that anyone is going to want to do a citizen’s initiative after this,” she said. “I put two questions forward that were part of a citizen’s initiative campaign, and everybody blamed me for it.”

True. Danielle Smith waited until after the referendum vote to say there’s no room in her party for separatists. Prior to that she did everything she could to encourage and support them. Even changing the laws to make it possible. She could’ve shut it down right away but didn’t.

Did Smith, LaGrange 3 other Health Ministers & UCP not tell Alberta the TRUTH to Albertans ?
Would anyone in UCP LIE ?
Check out numbers below ⬇️ !

We desperately need beds in AB.
We don't need our premier trying to fool us that we have them.
If we could even get back to the bed number we had in 2000 it would be a massive improvement.
GoA: set a goal and then get it done!
The most junior person on their Alberta Health team could have googled this:
www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/en/p…
cihi.ca/en/health-system-con…
They're not even trying anymore!!!
Plus: we had a "prov operation center" before Smith blew it up with refocusing... last 3yrs HCWs begging for it!

Hey Alberta: is this incompetence or a full on intentional lie?
9003 Acute Care Spaces is NOWHERE near a record number for our prov
In the late 1980s we had 17,790 acute care spaces in hospitals (~12,000 acute care beds, +LTC beds)
1988: 7.4 beds/1000
2026: 1.5 beds/1000

No matter how you try to frame it, filming children’s crotches at a sporting event makes you the bad guy.
🚨🚨UNREAL: Last night at the Woodland High School vs El Camino High School girls’ varsity volleyball game, the principal approached me to warm me that I was not allowed to film any “minors” unless I was related to the player.
Why are they trying to hide the trans-identified boy?
Girls’ sports are for girls only.
Break the spell!!

“The people who got me elected weren’t separatists,” laughs Dani nervously. “They were anti-vaxxers and people obsessed with trans kids and rabidly opposed to diversity, equity and inclusion.” Smith admits she shares those “values.” That’s not the flex she thinks it is. 🙄
Brought to hospital by ambulance tonight after a suspected seizure. I’ve been released from the EMS crew and sent to the waiting room where there are no chairs available.
There’s now metal detectors at the doors but nowhere for patients to sit. Bravo, UCP.
Searching for housing, especially as a person receiving disability benefits, is a special kind of Hell I wish on nobody.

Pay attention, #Alberta.
Former public school teacher James Talarico—the Democratic candidate currently leading in the race for U.S. Senator from Texas—knows public education firsthand. He has consistently fought to fund public schools, oppose voucher schemes that divert money to private schools, and keep classrooms focused on teaching rather than political or ideological mandates.
In contrast, Alberta’s current government has prioritized flag restrictions in classrooms, limited teachers’ rights (including through back-to-work legislation), and directed substantial public funding toward private schools favored by its donors.
November 3 is the day to watch. America Vote Blue!🌊 #SavePublicEducation 🌊
.@JamesTalarico: Before I was ever a candidate, I was a public school teacher. I taught 6th grade language arts at Rhodes Middle School on the west side of San Antonio — one of the poorest zip codes in Texas.
I saw how decisions made in the halls of power hurt human beings. At one point, I had 45 students in one classroom, and there weren't enough desks for all those kids.
I remember thinking, ‘This is the wealthiest country in the world, and we've got children sitting on the air conditioning unit.’

The shit show continues. We need total transparency on the voting totals.
1)-the difference between votes cast on question 10 and those cast on questions 1-9 are concerning.
2)- the various electronic files used to collect the counted ballot totals and their final tabulation need to be inspected for mathematical accuracy.
3)-approximately 110,000 data entries need double checked.

Why it is ignorant when people claim Canada is a “socialist” or “communist” country.
Update: six and a half hours in, still no doc. I got called up to do a vitals check and lost my chair. Found one at the very end of the hallway as far away from triage as possible. While it’s a little quieter, I sure hope I don’t have another seizure way back here.

Ready to sign on to any class action suit against Danielle Smith for attacking my constitutional right to fair and effective representation when she tries to gerrymander away my Calgary voting power.

Dear Leader Poilievre?🤣
The Ambassador should have sent this letter to the Prime Minister not the opposition leader.
Pierre is going to pass the message on to Smith who has no jurisdiction over our Armed Forces.
I'm all for the best care for our military but this is a joke.
