Dwyane Wade gets real HONEST about Bam Adebayo and the Miami Heat ๐
โHe gotta be the number 1 option with the 2nd unit guys. Point blank period. You canโt be a role player with the role players. โ The shooters are strugglingโฆ but hereโs why theyโre struggling some. Thereโs no rhythm, flow to the game. โ Youโd expect them to be a real good defensive team. The big 3 we were 9-8 but our defense was at least our calling card. โ They have nothing to hang their hat on right now. โ Theyโre not a team yet. Bunch of individual guys that havenโt had uncomfortable conversations yet. Theyโre great guys individually but you have to get to some uncomfortable sh*tโ

Dwyane Wade speaks on Bam Adebayoโs slow start:
โThe struggles are there. You canโt run away from the struggleโฆ Bamโs become really good in the middle of the floorโฆ he didnโt get one P&R. Bam gets P&R lobs. Thereโs none of that for bam. There was no getting in the mid post area and going to work. โ Bam, you canโt be pushed to the corner. You canโt be pushed out of the offense. Your defensive game goes as your offensive game goes. You got to touch that ball.โ

The average person will never understand this. When you regularly lock in the gym you do have to let alot of fattening foods go.
Kandi Burruss was left completely stunned after Kirk Franklin REVEALS he hasnโt touched soul food, fried food, fast food, or soda in 25 years and says he has never even tasted a lemon pepper wing in his entire life.
โI haven't had fried food, or soda, or fast food, about 25 years... fried food or soul food.โ
โTo say for years not to have a lemon pepper chicken wing, I don't know.โ
โI don't think I've ever had a lemon pepper chicken wing... Don't take my black card, I need my black card because I love being black.โ
โWhat does your cheat day consist of?โ
โA hamburger, fries... I may have that maybe twice a year.โ
โWell, fries are fried food.โ

Gilbert Arenas on why the superstar players are getting hurt in the NBA:
โI said it season 1 and Iโm going to say it again as a guy thatโs a track runner and Iโm looking at history of the game the early 2000s, 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s star players didnโt get hurt this much thereโs a reason the star is getting hurt this much because what happens is if youโre not really training and getting in shape and youโre just letting them in their summer looking good come into the season bullsh*t through training camp and then go out in the game play against another superstar that superstar is going to go 100 for the first time and that is what happening.โ
Demarcus Cousins says the NBA is moving towards where every good team has a plethora of guards:
โEven when you look at a team like San Antonio they have a bunch of guards, Minnesota a bunch of guards, OKC a bunch of guards. So I donโt know I think we all know itโs this a trending league but that could possibly be where the league is kind of going you want to have that extra layer of guards are that rotation of guards where basically when one group comes out the game donโt really change it stays exactly where it is.โ

The basketball world has a long memory.
The assistant you ignore today may become a head coach.
The administrator you dismiss may become an AD.
The young staffer you barely acknowledge may someday be making hiring decisions.
Treat people well because itโs the right thing to do.
It also happens to be really good career advice.

I know we give @Lj_era8 credit for being an incredible athlete & playmaker, but he doesnโt get enough credit for how good he is at playing QB IMO! Continually making quick decisions, big time throws on time, in the pocket & having a plan with his process! Heโs gotten really good at everything!
